2 weeks before our check in day I messaged because I didn't think we'd arrive before the 8pm latest check in time stated on the booking, I received absolutely no response, and it was clear from the call I received shortly before our arrival on the day that they hadn't even read the message.
When we got our room the ceiling light was flickering and not at all bright, the light on the wall didn’t work at all so the only light in the room was a single bedside lamp positioned basically as far away from the door as is possible.
The headboard was loosely built and wasn’t attached to anything so even the slightest movement caused it to rattle, wobble and bounce loads.
The shower hose leaked meaning there was dripping water for some time after the shower is turned off.
We had to find alternative accommodation as we didn’t feel safe or comfortable in the room, so far we haven’t had any response from them so suspect they haven’t read the messages we sent them on the night of check in either. Meaning until I can find some way of getting a refund we paid for two stays that same night!
