Stayed here 2 nights as I was attending nearby Festival. I Called Les the host and he was very accommodating leaving my keys in the safe box. The room was clean and housekeeping came daily. The bed was very Comfortable i had 2 really good night sleep here. Bayside is right next to the beach which was a bonus as it was a warm bank holiday weekend. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Quick check in experience... room had everything you needed except a bathroom but that was my fault for not checking the booking properly before going ahead.... I chose a shared bathroom but there is options to have a en suite. The owner is lovley and laid back. Guest house a stones throw away from the beach. Overall we shall return

I loved my stay the room was clean tidy and neat and loads of space and the staff were lovely very kind friendly and welcoming and loved how the staff refilled my coffee milk sugar without having to ask for more
Will go again and fully recommend staying at the bayside and right on the beach

Excellent location. Beach 1 min away. Town centre a few minutes to the right and Trecco Bay caravan park a few minutes to the left. Spotlessly clean. Owners very helpful with a beautiful, friendly German Shepherd which looked like a small bear. Owners wanted to know if there was anything we needed to know about what to do in the area. As we are frequent visitors to the area we knew all we needed to but other reviews have said how invaluable this information was. Only downside was a shared bathroom but we knew this when we booked. Will definitely return.

excellent location, les who runs the place seems a cool guy, everything you need is in the room, there’s even a safe, lovely bed, we had a shared toliet bathroom and it was very clean,

Loved my stay. Cozy, clean room and literally a few minutes from the beach. Porthcawl is a cute little town, definitely recommend Beales Fish & Chips while you’re here. The host was friendly and really welcoming. Would stay again.

Guest house manager very thoughtful and helpful arrived in 28 degrees heat gave us ice cold water and fresh lemon while we waited to check in would recommend this guest house and situated in a excellent spot for attractions and food.
