Beautiful hotel with recent renovations. Very clean, centrally located near restaurants and bars, large room and excellent shower. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience! Very friendly and polite staff. We've arrived few hours early and our room was not available for early check-in so they still offered us the full use of amenities at no extra cost. The outdoor pool is on the smaller side but still lovely and you can usually find sun beds for relaxation. Wish the spa discount was larger for people staying in the hotel. However spa itself was lovely. Very clean and calming. It would be great if hotel guests had additional late night hours. We would've used it a lot more if it was available late! The room itself was was very clean and large. We didn't have a great view but in the end it didn't matter. The walking shower was great! Especially for getting rid off all the sand from the beach. Cleaning lady was lovely and paid a lot of attention to making sure our room felt fresh everyday. The breakfast had a large variety of choices, even for the vegans. The fresh orange juice was a highlight of every morning. But for the coffee you will probably want to go somewhere else. Food was delicious and all the fruit always looked incredibly fresh. Overall the hotel is definitely on the pricier side in the area but the experience definitely made it worth it!

Very good

I was torn between two Jupiter hotels, but ultimately chose this one, mainly because of its ocean view. After checking in, I realized I made the right choice! There are truly two ocean views, which I absolutely loved. There's also a spacious balcony where you can sit, have a drink, and watch the sunset. The room was fully equipped, and the bathroom was large. The service was good; they thoughtfully provided replacement beach towels and a complimentary bottle of water (something European hotels usually don't offer). The breakfast was surprisingly plentiful, exceeding my expectations. There are shops on both sides of the street, which is very convenient. This area is definitely a fantastic resort destination! Very satisfied!

The room facilities were extremely basic; it was labeled as a four-star hotel but was actually only at the standard of a guesthouse from twenty years ago in China. The luggage rack was broken, there were no slippers or toothbrushes, and the shower gel and shampoo were a 2-in-1. The bathroom window was only half-open, so the floor was soaked after showering. The value for money was extremely low; it didn't justify the price. Avoid this room altogether.

It's a great place to take a morning walk or a leisurely walk or jog in front of a beautiful beach. The spa is divided into time slots and requires a fee.

We had a very nice stay. The breakfast selection was large and it was very tasty. Rooms were very spacious and clean.
