Had a great time staying here. The place was nice and clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was so good and delicious. Definitely would stay here again. It was good walking to the beach and has many amenities, shops, and restaurants close by.

Apartment hotel, spacious apartment, simply furnished, clean. Bathroom needs renovation, shower in bathtub with old shower curtain. Bed narrow and not very comfortable. Breakfast good, but the same choice every day. Great location near supermarket, restaurants, and the beach.

This hotel is very basic and dated, despite this our room was cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels, beds changed on fourth day, pool area was good and we had no problems getting a sunbed, pool bar was fine, the let down at this hotel is the food, we were A.I., food was never very warm and not a great choice, breakfast was ok, snacks out with meal times were only served at certain times, the late lunch snacks at 3.30 the hot choice was burgers or hot dogs, always stone cold even if you went as soon as it opened, other choices were, salad or cheese, they could be doing with serving chips also. Staff were lovely and hotel is in a great location, walking distance to supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars and the gorgeous beach.

Stayed this hotel for one week in June 2026. Arrived early and was told our room wasn't ready but the receptionist said she would change our room to allow us to check in and go straight for lunch which was just starting. My friend and I had a one bedroom apartment on the 10th floor with a sea view. It was clean and well equipped, with every kitchen utensil and small appliance you would need. We were all-inclusive and didn't use much more than the fridge freezer and kettle, but ideal for self catering. The decor could be regarded as dated but remember you are in another country with different style and tastes. And everything was spotlessly clean which the most important thing to consider. Maid services every day, rooms cleaned and clean towels. Beds even changed after 4 days. Which is rare in a 3 star accommodation. Staff were always polite and helpful. And extremely cheerful considering the long hours they seem to work. Restaurant always had several choices for each meal of the day, several fish dishes, but you are in portugal. As well as meat and vegetarian choices, also small children's area to choose from. If you only want British food, this may not be the place for you, 2 nights a week there is an outside cooking station serving barbecue foods and one night a week is a Portuguese night, offering traditional dishes, including some beautiful Pastel de nata! Which were a huge hit with everyone. The hotel has two outdoor pools. Plenty loungers and umbrellas although these are fixed into the ground and can't be moved with the sun. The pool bar serves snacks mid morning and afternoon when the main restaurant is closed. But it does seem to be the same staff on at all the bars/restaurants all day, going between each one. They work extremely long days. The bar in the restaurant only had a few high tables with stools, which wouldn't suit everyone, another lounge area would be a nice addition for the future. Not everyone wants to walk back to the pool bar after dinner, to sit outside. There is a mini market under the hotel opposite and a larger supermarket up the bill towards the beach, which is within two mins walking distance. The hotel has a bus stop right outside to the right which would take you to the Marina or Aqua shopping centre number 35 for €1-85 each way. The Aqua shopping centre has 3 levels of shops and a good court. Lovely day out for shopaholics like myself. A short walk up the hill to the beach takes you onto the main strip, with bars, restaurants and shops. There in also a small blue train which costs €5 to take you around the resort, which allows you to see most of the highlights of the area, including the harbour, marina, museum and an old fortress Temperature for June was 25°-30° everyday. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the streets and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I would definitely return and would recommend you give this excellent 3 star hotel a try.

Good points Location to beach was good Beds was comfortable Bad points Where do I start There was 4 in our party so we had 2 apartments and they was both the same!! Very dated my husband had to mend a chair to start with table was all blistered wall above table was all marked …. Kitchen had mould in it and stains on the walls… every lampshade was ripped ( this is both apartments still) Bathrooms Mould everywhere floor flooded when I had shower or bath absolutely disgusting Food We was all inclusive Food was COLD and tasteless repetitive every single day whatever time u went down to eat if it was as soon as the doors was opened always the same no variety and always cold … we went down the very last day at 7.30 am as the doors opened and the fried eggs was cold hard and dry . We think the food was cooked elsewhere and brought in !! Had a BBQ one evening so we went down hoping the food was going to be hot and freshly cooked NO same old story COLD !!! It wasn’t cooked on a bbq it came out of the kitchen and places outside !!! BIGGEST CATFISH we stayed in. We watched the YOUTUBE video of the hotel was looking forward to staying here for a few days and then when we arrived we found out it was totally not what we expected. We were allowed into our room one hour early. When we got into the hotel room we were greeted by the smell of bleach mixed with sewage. Amd the room was like a time capsule it was so outdated and looked like it had not been updated in 20years(better 2 star hotels in blackpool) the bed was so small the furniture was old amd very tired the bath had mould all around the edges and a massive rust mark on the base of the bath the sink area was badly stained the paint was all old and worn out i do have images of this if needed. We went down to get lunch and found a very small area where the food was (again photos if needed) The selection was so minimal and no variety never have i seen a all-inclusive with such little choice and next to nothing for children so glad we did not take our children with us. we put a few items on our plate to find it was all cold and either salty or tasteless. Demoralised and still hungry we went upto our room.to change so we could relax at the pool when we got back to our room we was greeted with a very strong smell of sewage the bleach smell had gone we opened the windows and door and left to go to the pool. The pool side is relatively nice amd has sun all day but thats all that is pleasant about it the small shallow pool was full of dead bugs and not cleaned during our stay. The snack bar only served ice cream from 3.30pm until 5.30 we went to get a hot snack and the options were hotdogs or burger but even though we were there at 3.30 the food was stone cold this should not be the case at all. This was the same everyday the music was on loop all the time and never played a different playlist. When dinner time came around 7.pm we went for dinner and it again was cold food and very minimal choice that was salty or tasteless (the breakfast was exactly the same) after this we went back to our room and I got in touch with jet2 on whats app I was called the following morning. We spoke about my options I said I wanted to move hotels but this could not happen because it would take 48hours to find something new. I was offered a different room and told the manager would be informed the food is not hot or upto standard I met the manager that day at 2pm she showed me another room this room had been decorated and was more modern but upon entering only had a slight smell of sewage so accepted the room. When I took my partner upto the room the smell was worse than the other room but by this point I did not want to keep moaning but I later noticed that the flooring in bathroom was flooded underneath and seeping through the seems even on the outside of the room. I mentioned this to the staff on front of house before we went out for a meal because we could not eat the dinner two days running we wanted a nice proper hot meal we ate out for at least

I went to this gym every year for last 10 years when I come on holidays. Sometimes 2/3 times a year. This year I came and signed up for the week as normal and trained. One note, I never brought my slippers and trained in my crocs. No problem for the first half of the week. This morning I walk in as normal and I'm about to train and this young ignorant member of staff tells me I cannot train without slippers. I told him I wasn't told once during the whole week I've been training it was a requirement. He insisted so I told him I want a refund for the rest of the week. They wouldn't refund me for the difference. It was €60 for the week. That's 3 months membership back home. I told them I will never be back as they never informed me or corrected me early and thought it such a severe rule not to allow me to train. I told them with only 2 days left of my holiday I'm not willing to buy a pair of slippers just to train when I was allowed all week. I told them they can keep the rest of the membership and I will never be back again.

We stayed here over easter and was pleasantly surprised, its a good hotel the food was ok, although we only had the breakfast and lunches we chose to go out for the evening's,the room was tidy and spacious the staff are welcoming. The only downside it could have done with a bit of entertainment for the kids as there wasn't anything except the swimming pool and a very little park to keep them occupied when it was raining but all in all it was a good place to stay and we would go back again.

My husband and I stayed here at the end of March/ start of April for a week and throughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location with the beach and all the bars and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. The appartments in the hotel are very spacious, comfortable, quiet, have everything you will need and are cleaned daily. Beautiful garden area right next to the pool and the pool bar. The choice of food at meal times was great although sometimes over cooked but it did gave us a chance to try new dishes we hadn't tried before. The staff there were all lovely, very welcoming and make great cocktails 😉

Great location as it’s close to everything you need but the area is very quiet, maybe it’s the wrong time of year in Feb. Any way.. the apartment pool was closed infact they were emptying it whilst we were there. So couldn’t use the pool. They didn’t have any pool for us to swim in, apart from one inside that you have to pay for! If the pool is out of use that’s for free, we shouldn’t have to pay to use the inside one.. at least get a heated pool included with the stay! Only good thing was the sauna but you have to pay for that too. There wasn’t much room to put our clothes, just a wardrobe but the safe took up a lot of the room! Wouldn’t stay here again, had bad vibes the apartments did! A sad feeling..

Our second year at this apartment. Nothing fancy, nothing outstanding but we like it very much for its ordinariness and cleanliness. Probably apartment needs some maintenance but that did not bother us since we were out and about most of the day. Excellent location within walking distance of the beach and the town of Portimao. Located in a residential area, we felt close to the locals which matters a lot to us when on holiday abroad. Best staff at reception was Nouno. He was patient and friendly and had a wealth of local knowledge. He certainly helped make our holiday this time!

Stayed here the last week in Oct (English half term) , travelling with Easyjet Holidays, and I honestly think it marks incredible value for money. This will depend what you want from a holiday. If you like a big hotel with a bust bar of a night time, where you can meet people and watch entertainment then this is not the hotel for you. However, we had an amazingly quiet and relaxing holiday. All the staff worked hard and were friendly. Our room was on the 9th floor, with a pool view and was massive! You get a kitchenette, with fridge freezer (forgot to look to see if there were pans), a large lounge diner with sofa, dining table, balcony on end with table and chair. Then there was a separate bedroom, with a shutter that meant it was properly dark. Plus a bathroom (grey suite!), shower over bath but good power and plenty of hot water. Given the time of year we were there having all that space to rest in was important to us. the balcony got afternoon sun so whilst there were people around the pool (no issue getting a sunbed if you wanted one!) I was content to sit on the balcony. There is a pool bar and then in the evenings the bar is to one side of the restaurant. There are a few high chairs for the bar but it wasn't really a bar you would sit and drink all night in. We ate in the restaurant all week with my husband absolutely raving about the food! For me it was adequate but he loved it; quite different tastes! Breakfast was excellent; usual continental and hot choices -apparently the sausages and bacon were particularly good! Really lovely fresh bread and pastries. Lunch and dinner had two fish choices, a meat dish, vegetables, salad, soup, pasta and a particularly good cake selection. I enjoyed fresh prawns on Portuguese night! Other nights I had fish fingers and chicken nuggets but I didn't starve! Husband enjoys meat and two veg so he was very happy! Drinks were great; you get a leaflet on check in that lists all the includeds. Gin and tonic, vodka tonic, beer, red wine and irish cream all hit the mark for us. For what we paid the hotel gave good quality. Choice is limited, as you might expect for a small complex. If you were a strict veggie you might struggle. The location of the hotel is excellent, just one block back from the promenade/main strip. You pass a mini mart on your way up the slope. Down the steps at the top by the ice cream stand to get to a wooden deck that runs all the way along the beach. makes for good running and walking out for coffee and people watching. The beach is stunning. We had a very restful, relaxing week away, which is exactly what we wanted. Expect a three star small hotel and you won't be disappointed!
