Good enough for a solo traveller for 2 nights. Nothing bad! (They don't have the fridge by the way)

The hotel was too far from the bus station; the walk there was uphill and the sidewalk was a bit crowded. The good thing was that it was a very cheap place to stay for that area. The lock on my room was broken, so they changed me to a triple room. The room was large and quite clean.

We booked accommodation at Next Inn several days in advance, but when we arrived at Next Inn in the afternoon of the check-in day, we found that there was a notice on the door saying that it was closed because the hotel was being renovated. It was raining heavily at the time, and we were dumbfounded. How could we check in? Why didn't you notify us in advance? We left a local phone number and email address, but neither Next Inn nor Ctrip notified me? The decorating worker inside pointed to the Made Inn hotel opposite, probably meaning that check-in was done across the street. I went to the Made Inn opposite, which was about ten meters away from Next Inn, and I was actually able to check in at Made Inn! Could it be that Next Inn and Made Inn have the same owner? It was raining heavily outside at the time, and I didn't think about looking for new accommodation, so I just checked in first. After returning to the room, I checked on Ctrip and found that Next Inn had no rooms available for booking during the days we were staying, and the price of Made Inn where we stayed was obviously lower than that of Next Inn we booked! I contacted Ctrip immediately to complain about the problem. Ctrip also responded quickly and agreed to refund the difference in the booking price. This is why this review got a bad rating. We did not stay at the Next Inn at all, hence the poor review.

Great location, close to city center and cafes. Spotless. Very warm and friendly staff. Good breakfast with various options.

A nice hotel,not far from the train station and in a busy area with lots of shops,cafes - restaurants nearby. There was a spar shop round the corner selling drinks and various snacks. The room was large, clean and had a balcony overlooking a main walkway past shops. There was a small lift to your room and some nice little areas. One with chairs and a reading lamp, also a little garden area with hanging chairs. We also found a shared kitchen and dining area but it wás in the basement so didn't use it. Reception was always manned with friendly staff.

Friendly, professional receptionist. Room spotless & quiet. Great location in centre of town with a lovely Indian 3 mins away.

Perfect room for the price Very clean and good location. Tiny shower but hot and good pressure. Our disappointment was the 9euro breakfast. Hot items were cold and muffins tasted stale.

Very comfortable and spotless cleaning, I had a good time there. Staff is friendly and the hotel is well located, quiet area at night, everything was perfect.

The staff was very attentive and friendly, the only problems were the shower, which wet the entire bathroom and everything could be heard between rooms.

We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. We booked and fully paid for our stay months in advance to attend a festival, but due to the current global situation, our trip has been canceled and it’s not safe to travel. Unfortunately, the hotel has refused to offer any form of refund—not even a partial one. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful over the phone, showing zero understanding or flexibility. It’s frustrating that they don’t even provide a refundable option at booking, and yet still choose not to support their clients when unforeseen circumstances arise. We deeply regret choosing this hotel—we thought it would be a convenient option, but it ended up being a costly mistake. Their lack of compassion and poor customer service make it clear that they do not value their guests at all.

I’m absolutely shocked by the way this hotel handles its guests. Due to the ongoing war and cancelled flights, I reached out to cancel my non-refundable booking — which I only booked because there were no free cancellation options available at the time. Given the extreme situation, I simply asked for some understanding and even offered to settle for a partial refund. Instead of any kind of empathy or flexibility, the response I received was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The management clearly does not care about their guests or basic human decency. They hide behind “policy” even in situations where most decent establishments would try to help. I’ve never experienced such cold and unhelpful service in my years of traveling. I strongly advise against booking here. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect support — just arrogance and attitude.
