The location of hotel was perfect. Room was cleanliness. I just did not like the noise from heating at night , it was loud that made me could not sleep well.

The breakfast was excellent, clean and comfortable room, the location is perfect in Pearl District with good restaurants, bars, and supermarkets close to the hotel, but you have to pay extra for the parking lot

Walking distance to the Amtrak station. Although there were homeless in the area, they do not pose any threats. Good warm breakfast is served too, and the rooms well appointed.

Loved our first stay so much that we went back. Great heated indoor pool for kids. Gym had modern equipment. Valet parking was $48 but was a good experience if you're willing to pay. For my second stay, the sheets made us itch a bit. The hotel said they were sold out the night before so they may have used some old sheets which were still clean but perhaps a bit dusty.

From us initially parking through check out, EVERY staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful & kind!!! The facility seems newer and well maintained. The pool was adorable for little kids but my 8 & 9 year old were almost too old for it. I frequented the Fitness Center which was well kept with great cardio machine and weight training options. Standard warm continental breakfast but loved that coffee, tea & hot chocolate were always readily available
