The total experience from check-in to check out was seamless, the staff was so helpful and accommodating, they are always there if needed. The experience is five star, the steam room, sauna and various soaking pools were fabulous. The dinner at the Japanese restaurant was as good as gets, from the bartenders to the servers they didn’t miss a beat. Once their new restaurant is open that will serve breakfast lunch and dinner will make it a complete experience. I highly recommend to anyone the task Kayda experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cascada Thermal Springs and Hotel. The room seemed a little small at first, but everything that we needed was there in a tightly organized fashion. The hotel is quiet and clean and the beds are very comfortable. We did partake of the thermal springs which was a relaxing delightful experience. There is a coffee shop downstairs, however there are also excellent coffee and breakfast spots within a short walk. Highly recommended.

My wife and I spent the weekend and had an amazing time. It exceeded our high expectations. The rooms were lovely, the restaurant outstanding (especially the service, food, drinks and ambiance) and the soaking tubs and workout facilities all excellent.

I summoned my girlie gang to Cascada for my 40th birthday weekend. It was bliss! The atrium and pools are fabulous, the outdoor space is so refreshing and everything is classy as can be. Our hotel room was gorgeous, tiny attention to detail and elevated elegance. Cascada is becoming one of my favorite places to pamper myself and community, it is just divine.

Beautiful property from the moment you park at the curb. Lo Stellar customer service from all staff and the room amenities were top notch. The beds were super plush and the room was so quiet and peaceful. I loved the thermal spa experience and can't wait to come back! The location is also great, tons of restaurants within walking distance.

Very awesome spa, and hotel. The attention to detail in both the rooms, and full spa area is amazing. The room had everything we needed for comfort including a washer/ dryer. Bed was super comfy! Shower and bathroom great! The spa has an upstairs, where you can socialize in a pool, then downstairs there is silence with a steam sauna, and dry, with a cold plunge and multiple temperature pools. Outside in the secret garden there is a big dry sauna, and hot tub. Fitness areas with classes daily. Great experience! Will be back for sure!

We celebrated my sister’s birthday at Cascada, and it was a wonderful experience. We loved every minute soaking in the calm and stillness the property offers—it was truly a relaxing escape. The location was clean, accessible, and perfectly situated near several great restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in a Sky Loft, which was well-appointed with all the amenities you’d expect. While the three of us fit comfortably, the space did feel a bit snug at times. Overall, it was a lovely stay and a memorable way to celebrate together.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The spa was so much fun, clean and enjoyable. I loved the view in my room, which was also clean and well appointed And our meal at Tera Mae was five stars as well! Can’t wait to come back!
