Guests have shared use with the sister unit of the rooftop deck, accessible by stairway and roof hatch. Each unit has an individual access hatch. Your rental includes use of the hot tub deck furniture, BBQ Grill, lounge chairs, and gas fire pit. Rooftop deck is reservable for private events by either unit. Unless reserved in advance, rooftop is shared between the units. Bedrooms and full bath are on the entry level. Living area and kitchen are on the second floor with deck. Staircase adjacent to kitchen leads to rooftop hatch/deck. Again, please mind children and pets on rooftop, decks, and pathways. 2 person kayak available at lessee's risk. Owner assumes no liability.
