Ramada by Wyndham Portland

The hotel staff are friendly. Room is nice and breakfast is superb. Saw a few homeless people around the property but within hotel premise is safe.

Room is clean.

The room was clean but badly in need of updating. There were stains on the drapes, the desk chair was very worn. I was looking forward to taking a nice, long hot bath only to discover that there was no way to plug the tub. I improvised and stuck a hand towel in the drain and then was able to run a bath. The fold down chair in the tub was completely in the way and the shower head kept slipping down and was very difficult to use and direct the water. I won't be staying here again.

My girlfriend was kicked out the moment she entered the lobby. No reason was given. I forfeited the room, because there is no way I will stay somewhere we are not welcome.

Their breakfast was very good and it was quite a nice and clean in my room on the third floor. Yes there's homeless that's Portland pretty much everywhere so you might make your entry and exit brief but I found it to be perfectly safe.

Everything was Wonderful. Breakfast was good, except for some of the tenents were rude. Im sure the hotel does't care for people taking so much food to the room. I mean, at least 9 full plates of food

Manager James ALWAYS delivers an excellent experience. Security improved with new, tall wrought iron fencing. The rooms received new furnishings and fixtures maintaining the upscale “feel”.

Manager Jimmy takes time to know me personally and is always aware when I am coming for a stay. Excellent staffing service. Rooms have been upgraded very nicely!
