Park Lane Suites & Inn

Great destination for bars and restaurants. We stayed in downstairs unit. A bad mistake as could clearly hear every footstep from unit above. Was very load. Also DON’T stay in room 133. It is situated next to stairwell. In fact the metal stairs are attached to wall of this unit do every footstep on the stair shock the bed. Even worse when people clipped their suitcases up to second floor.  Worst hotel room ever.

Very pleasant staffs. Great welcome drinks and fruits! Can't say more about locations and cleanliness in the room and surrounding areas. Will come back again should we be in the area !

There are not many amenities for the bathroom. I hope that they have some more items for a couple use. Internet very slow

Hotel is nice, staff are great. Location is good, walkable. Wish the parking lot was designed better. Small awkward spots on a steep hill in front of hotel. But, they do have spots available across the street which are easier to park in.

A little gem of a hotel, close to the Japanese Garden and Pearl District (each an easy walk), but in a residential neighborhood without lots of traffic or noise. The upgrade to a suite is well worth it! The staff were wonderful, coffee and cookies available in the morning and throughout the day, and everything is kept spotless. The only minor quibbles is that the tub is rather small - if you are over 4 feet tall your options are having either your legs underwater or your back, but not both at the same time. The WiFi is wonky for Apple products - either rely on your 5G or get help at the desk (neither my iPhone or iPad would ever connect). Even better, when it's time to go home you are a 7-minute downhill walk to the red line which will take you straight there. Will definitely stay here again!

Met expectations. Clerk at check-in was friendly, quick, very nice. Room was big, neighborhood easily accessible and quiet for being in the midst of hustle and bustle.

Near downtown. But many homeless around

Not so bad not so good i wont recommend for solo travelers cause u need to use uber a lot to go into downtown area

Great location, huge living room, very friendly staff. Loved it and will stay there again.
