Host tried to scam me out of $600 for a chip in her sink that wasn't reported until 4 days after checkout out, supposedly by her cleaners. Also claimed the one night my partner and I were passing through, that we were having a party, which was proven false by her security cameras.

I stayed here a few weeks ago and am sober for 3.5 years and part of the biggest funding for all addiction research, she said we had a party when there is clearly cameras and there was no one other than us and our dogs, is trying to charge us 600 for a small chip in the bathroom sink that was not from us. I own a local business in Redmond, Oregon and would never avoid paying for something I broke or my partner broke. She is harassing us, and truly believe it’s because we had sex and maybe she could hear? This is completely sad and feels like we are being scammed, so beware of this property, she went as far as lying to air bnb saying there was an actual party, there is a camera next to the front door and won’t produce footage. She lies to get what she wants. Also I don’t know about you but I like having two towels to myself, they complained about bringing us more towels.

We booked the blue room for one night and found the suite to be clean, well appointed and comfortable. But the reason you should consider this location over others is the fact Bridget and Andre are very responsive to any need you might have. The bedding is excellent, the bathroom is very spacious and for those of you who might have a mobility issue the suites are level in.
