This is my first time staying in a youth hostel. There is a restaurant downstairs, so it’s a pity that there is no kitchen in the shared space. However, you can ask for hot water from them. I stayed in a bunk bed for 12 people, but when I arrived, it was just me and one other person. People, so the two of us lived in a large house. We were so lucky. The toilet here was also very clean. I slept here for two nights without any problems. It was just that it was a bit difficult to find a parking space nearby. There was one when I got up in the morning. Coffee, fresh milk and oat milk. The decoration of the whole store is very retro. You can go there in the morning before the restaurant is open.

We enjoyed our stay. It's a cool building, we loved the decor. The bar/restaurant was cool but very crowded on the weekend, which is pretty standard for the area. The room was very cozy but worked for two people just crashing for the night. Our only complaint-we wished there was a fan in the bathroom for multiple reasons. We get that it's an old building but be warned there is very little privacy or fan in the bathroom...

Loved our stay here! The bed was so comfy. Lobby/dining area/bar was amazing! Sauna was a delight. The sauna was a little messy, but that was the only con of our stay here. Loved the location. Had no problem walking everywhere.

What a great discovery for me! I booked a stay in the bunk room on an overnight trip to Portland and was very impressed with the hotel. The restaurant in the lobby was great too. Staff was great. I’m coming back during nice weather to experience the rooftop long/bar.

This place is amazing. Everything was new, super clean, and very stylish and cozy. The amenities for this price were out of this world (free coffee with oat milk! Free reservable sauna, discounts on a yoga studio and spa nearby). The restaurant/bar on the ground floor was so sexy, the menu looked great and they had nice low and 0 ABV options. I can’t talk highly enough of this spot and am telling everybody i know.

We liked the retro style and also the excellent bar. Comfy bed, good bathroom. Parking was challenging.
Lots of homeless people in the streets of this part of Portland but they seem harmless.

Loved the stay; we booked a family room. It was great to have bunks for our kids in room, instead of having to purchase multiple rooms. The atmosphere in the hotel had such a fun vibe and was a comfortable space. We weren't huge fans that the only parking garage was a 15 min walk from the hotel, across the bridge, and street parking was not easy to find. Other than the parking and the slightly gross side streets (with lots of homeless or way to high individuals) we loved our stay.

Hotel was not ready by 3pm. I arrived at 2:30 and was told to wait in the lobby as check in time was not until 3pm. Well, at 3pm I was then told they didn’t have a room, they forgot to clean our room. Long story short, I didn’t get into my room until 3:40pm.
