The staff's language skills were at a really poor level, however, the hotel was also advertised to international customers.
The quality of the food in the restaurant was moderate, but it did not match the price/quality ratio of the rest of Sicily.
The hotel's free parking depends on luck, in our case the car was parked in the middle of an abandoned industrial plot.
I see a complete lack of maintenance as the biggest factor that worsens comfort. In fact, in any destination you looked at, something was broken or unmaintained. The actual greatest joy was not caused by the sanitary water leak in the ceiling of the room's shower

The staff didn't know English, not even the restaurant waiters or the resp. there was bad moisture damage in the room, water from the ceiling came through, and the shower was moldy. Otherwise, the maintenance of the entire property has been neglected for probably the last 10 years. The food in the restaurant was in no way worth the price. And thers no parking option without a good luck. una stella perché meno di così purtroppo non si può. siamo andati in viaggio di istruzione e peggio di così non poteva andare. l'hotel è pessimo e invivibile, personale assente, cibo immangiabile, camere con letti rotti e bagni che non scaricano. tende sporche di sangue, camere che non si chiudono, blatte morte e inquietanti rumori spaventosi durante la notte. non so chi abbia affibbiato 4 stelle a questo hotel ma sicuramente non è del mestiere.
