This hotel was a pleasant surprise on my business trip. It's right across from Porto's famous river – I forget the name, but that's not important. What is important is how much I loved it! The staff were so helpful, carrying our two 20kg+ suitcases, one in each hand. So grateful!

The service was enthusiastic, and the breakfast spread was generous. Right outside the hotel, you'll find a tram stop 🚋 and a tram museum. My favorite part was the rooftop observation deck, perfect for enjoying a drink and watching the sunset. Word of caution: Avoid the restaurant right outside the hotel entrance; their egg tarts were unbelievably bad... practically inedible!

It very good hotel in a more quiet location on the west of the center which require a little bit of time to go to the center but it is near a beautiful park. The breakfast was also great and generous

The hotel is right by the river. We were upgraded to a suite with a river view, and it even had my favorite large bathtub (forgot to take a picture!). Breakfast was also very extensive, and the staff were all very friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic travel experience!

What a lovely hotel. Firstly we were given a free upgrade to a beautiful suite over looking the river with everything we could need. We wish we were staying for longer than one night! The breakfast was so good, fantastic choices and good quality. Location was good too, slightly away from the centre but a lovely walk along the Douro river.

Nice hotel in terms of the amenities, it has an amazing roof top bar with a river view. But we got the wrong room type not matching the description of what we booked, missed the balcony and the room was facing a noisy road and trees, not the river view. The room had dull lights, and the bath area was nicely done in white theme.
