Luggage unfriendly because there is a long staircase. Also the room is not the same as the photos in trip.com. However, the room cleaning service is very good.

Excellent location in the center of the city, near train and metro station, no drinking water, soap and shampoo inside the room, bring your own amenities, the weak point is the hotel reception is on the first floor and no elevator from ground floor to first floor (but between floor inside hotel, the elevator is available).

Hotel with a great location.., but very simple. Good breakfast.., small room.., but functional. Small double bed..! It has a giant staircase to access the front desk. It’s a place for sleeping and breakfast only.

It was close to the metro and convenient for sightseeing. There are few amenities so it's best to prepare your own.

Hotel perfectly located in Porto, close to amenities and places to visit. The big downside is the soundproofing of the rooms, we hear everything that happens in the hotel. Do not go to this hotel if you want to have a good night's sleep. The cleanliness and the facilities are great. And nothing to say about the breakfast at 5€!

The location is good, in the city center, next to Freedom Square, 30 meters away from the most beautiful McDonald's, the service is very good, free hot water is provided. The room is too small, there is no desk.

The attitude is very good, the room is average, and the breakfast is good.
