HF Tuela Porto

Hotel HF Tuela Porto was a good choice. The hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff were friendly. It is located a bit further from the center of Porto, but with a Bolt taxi you can get there quickly and cheaply, so it wasn’t an issue.

The good: Very nice hotel, friendly staff, large rooms, breakfast provided a lot of variety and was tasty, room was very clean. The less good: shower size was a little small and the corner doors made it hard for the water to not get splashed onto the floor. Location is a little far from tourist attractions 30-40 min walk All in all, would recommend

The room was nice. Not too far from the city centre but using a taxi was very cheap!

Good location. near Casa de Musica, shopping arcade, supermarket, food court, bus stops nearby, convenient to take bus to tourist attractions. Metro station is a bit far away from hotel. The room and the bathroom are spacious. Breakfast is ok, less food variety, can be better. Will come again.

Worth for money, good location, metro and bus stations near by. Staff was nice and helpful. Disposable toothbrush and razor supplied upon request

Great place to rest after 32 hours of travel

Nice and clean hotel. Very helpful and courteous staff. There is a nice Portugese restaurant nearby - Capa Negra II

Hotel was ok, but the staff at the reception was really rude. I asked clarifications why about the bed situation (we were a couple and we gave preference for a queen bed) just to hear the reception guy tell me that I should have paid more during booking in order to be sure to have a queen bed instead of 2 single beds. Moreover, as soon as we left the reception counter we heard him mocking us and talk back to us in Portuguese, maybe he thought we couldn’t understand. People like him shouldn’t work in hospitality… hope he’s gonna find his way in life cause surely he doesn’t know how to deal with customers
