Rosalma Hostel

The location is super convenient, staffs are friendly, there is a kitchen which allows you to cook. There are plenty of toilets and bathrooms which is a fantastic thing for a hostel, ensure you don’t need to wait.

BEDBUGS AND BAD SERVICE My bed was full of bedbugs! I went to the reception and they put me in another room. The new bed had bedbugs too and the AC was not working with 33º outside. I spent the night at the lobby because I didn't want to get all my thing infested. The next morning I went to the reception ask for a refund and they said that I should request via e-mail. I did. NOBODY ANSWERED. On the next day I went there to ask and they told me that they didn't get my e-mail. I sent the e-mail again and checked with the girl at the reception that they got it. NOBODY ANSWERED. It's been 5 days so far and NOBODY ANSWERED ME YET. So if you want to get BEDBUGS and be IGNORED by them when you request something, that's the place for you :) __________________ BEDBUGS E MÁ-FÉ Minha cama estava infestada de BEDBUGS. Eu fui na recepção reclamar e me colocaram em um outro quarto. Na minha nova cama também tinha BEDBUGS e o ar-condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando em uma noite que fazia 33º. Eu dormi na área comum (que inclusive foi frequentada por umas pessoas bem estranhas na madrugada) porque não queria que todas as minhas coisas fossem infestadas de BEDBUGS. Na manhã seguinte eu fui até à recepção solicitar um reembolso e me orientaram a fazer por e-mail. Eu fiz. NINGUÉM ME RESPONDEU. No dia seguinte voltei lá e eles alegaram que não tinham recebido meu e-mail. Enviei de novo e conferi com a moça da recepção que eles receberam. NINGUÉM ME RESPONDEU. Isso já faz 5 dias. Já enviei até mensagem no perfil das redes sociais. Então se você quer ter seu corpo coberto de BEDBUGS e ser IGNORADO pela equipe quando solicitar um reembolso, esse hostel pra é você :) Eu tenho um vídeo dos BEDBUGS andando na minha cama, mas infelizmente aqui só posso anexar fotos.

Very central and convenient stay, the accommodation is clean, welcoming and comfortable.

Will definitely visit Porto again because of this very nice hostel with the lovely and nicest staff. ❤️

Pleasant stay. Staff were nice and facilitated a slightly earlier check in. The place is nicely designed and seems to follow high standards of cleanliness. The bathrooms smell like Chlorine, but I assume that is a good sign given that it is a very public and well used part of the building. I have read that the place had a bedbug issue and was a little worried, but I have found no sign of it after staying. Overall, a very positive experience.

Very nice hostel. Excellent location, good facilities and very friendly staff.
