The location, and service was phenomenal! The staff was kind and the room was as clean as it could be. It was quiet and very relaxing. The food was also amazing. With the hotel you get access to 5 star beach with free sunshade and deck chair. 10/10 would recommend :)

Hotel in the centre, perfect location also for an evening walk. Enjoy your breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Spa center with several swimming pools and whirlpools suitable for families with children. Ideal would also be to create an isolated and less noisy relaxation area without children

Highly not recommended. I didn’t look carefully when I went to Piran, but it turned out that I was on an island next to Piran, 3 kilometers away. The front desk service is also average and does not match the picture very well. The hotel swimming pool is very inconvenient. You have to go all the way around to get there. Even the service staff didn't know the location of the swimming pool and took us around the hotel for more than half an hour to find it.

1. Staff not particularly friendly / competent. 2. Wellness should be included in the price, but as it turned out, everything, such as the sauna, has to be paid for separately. 3. Beach not particularly attractive, pool could be classified more as a children's paddling pool. 4. Internet connection unstable/slow. Definitely not worth the price. This is a maximum of a 4 star hotel.

Everything was great except for a couple of negatives. Paid parking (5 euros per day on the street in a couple of minutes walk or 15 underground), somehow did not expect that some money would be taken for parking. Pillows and blankets could also be obtained in quality, otherwise it is somehow undignified for 5 *. Well, as a comment - in Koper there is no classic first line of the beach. Yes, and there are no classic beaches, it was a bit of a surprise for us, but the hotel has a pool with sea water, and you can also drive to neighboring Piran, where there is a stone micro-beach.

5-star hotel, located on the seafront. Reception by the reception and by the boys in charge of the cars (guarded indoor garage) of the first order. Room assigned very welcoming and with excellent cleaning, large bathroom with towels and bathrobes always clean (changed daily) Restaurant, breakfast and dinner buffet with a wide choice of freshly cooked hot and cold foods. Very large heated seawater pools, plenty of poolside loungers for relaxation. Really satisfied with everything.

We recently enjoyed a three-night stay in a superior room with a balcony and sea view, and it superb. The room was bright and airy, with a stunning view across the bay. It was May, and reasonably quiet early in the week so pleasantly quiet at night, ensuring restful nights sleep. From check-in to departure, all the staff we spoke to were pleasant, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with any questions we had. There are spa facilities and pools available for guests but we did not use these on this occasion. Breakfast was served in the Tree Top restaurant and was varied, there was so much choice, it was difficult to know what to choose. We used the hotel car park but there is on-street parking available too. Our stay was exceptional, enjoyed from beginning to end and we would highly recommend this hotel to others seeking a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It is an ideal hotel and location for a short break and we will be booking for May 2026, as soon as we arrive home.
