Booked this with my daughter as had a competition in Liverpool , never again , location great if you never want to sleep , noise outside unbearable , cobwebs everywhere , toilet seat broken , rooms tired and in need of upgrade , the bathroom tap was stronger than the short was and it kept going cold randomly . I would recommend you pay a bit more for better quality place , I have learned my lesson. Huge complaint email sent on the Saturday morning and just ignored

When made booking I said will be arriving at 2 as watching the football and would need to drop dog off. On day still no info of code or how to get in as no reception, spoke to yourselves day before and even you couldn’t get hold of them. Finally get details, while on route, luckily had someone with me to read messages and call as I was driving, we call them and they didn’t know wanted access at 2 and that we didn’t have a dog, paid £80 for damages ( not a problem ) we said will be 4 hours till get there and they said that’s fine. We arrive around 230, still with no details of how to get into room, call him and he said room isn’t ready as they still haven’t cleaned it, we said that’s fine as just want to drop off our bits and go football and can do while out. They said no as behinds and won’t be ready till later. We then called you and finally got through after being on hold for 45mins, you said will contact and see what can do as now it’s 315 and game kicks off at 4, in end you couldn’t get hold of them and now was getting late as would miss game, whole reason for being there!) so we left everything back in car and went to the football. We receive code while on way to the game, when get back after the match we found the apartment still hadn’t been cleaned and stains were on sheets. This is the second time I have had issues with apartments from you, the other was in Milan which in the end my father and I had to sleep at the airport ( still not been paid)

If you are looking for a holiday which also includes night life thats the place to be. on the other hand dont go to it if you are looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday. Shops are nice and you will find anything if you choose shopping. Room spacious and clean but we were given only a towel each for two nights.

The communication was great at the start of booking... they since havemt replied to emails send or returned the £80 security deposit after 10days... location was good for a central stay. On arrival the smell on entering the building was so bad it actually made me feel sick!! The room we were allocated had all bags of dirty washing pilled outside (shown In pic) the room was very tatty old ,in bad state and not particularly clean (shown in pics again) The bathroom taps were not fixed and hanging off ,total hazard!! The floor was wooded so damaged and pieces of edging *****s just sat loose not even in place or attached! This is sold as luxury apartments I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star!! The pictures shown on *********** are not true to life.

Absolutely perfect for a couples night away. Right by Liverpool central station also short distance from main Liverpool shopping and bars and concert square. So clean and tidy highly 100% stay there again. Absolutely perfect for a night away

awful stay! entrance to the property is up the back stairs of a takeaway which always smells like burning food. Upon entering the apartment there was a very strong and stale smell of smoke and the whole apartment was unclean and covered in marks and stains and the whole place was extremely dirty. if there had been a fire downstairs there would be no way out so the whole place was extremely unsafe. the property was emailed twice to complain to which i had no response and will not offer a refund after we had to pay an extra £250 for alternative accomdation. the apartment looked nothing like the pictures advertised on the site and we also met a couple of older ladies who also refused to stay in their accomdation due to the state. Windows didn’t even open, also no toilet roll. contacted the property by email and phone and had no answer, no refund has been given so a continuous battle to try and get our money back!

I booked this property for two nights, but only stayed there one because it was so terrible. Once I walked up the stairs to my room, there was an unlit anteroom with a broken lock that led to my room. So I had to use my phone to figure out the door to my actual room. That wasn't a great start. The non-smoking room stank of smoke, and since it was past 8 there was no property manager on-site. I knew I was stuck in this room for the night, and when I e-mailed the property manager to ask to be moved the following night, he assured me there had been no complaints in the past, and therefore the room couldn't possibly smell of smoke, and anyway, the property was completely full and I couldn't move rooms. In the 12 hours I was there, I didn't see or hear anyone else, so I don't know how the property was full, but maybe that was just unlucky. Having opened the windows to air out the room, I then needed to turn on the heat, but no heat was forthcoming. There were no spare blankets, so I filled my water bottle with the scalding hot tap water from the kitchen sink and tossed that under the covers to generate some heat. All good, but the plumbing in the kitchen was installed without a proper vent, apparently, so there was a non-stop gurgling noise that I finally muffled by stuffing a pillow in the sink. It was a terrible experience. The assistance I received from ********** was actually worse. I'm posting this here because I can't review the property on their website. I got an e-mail saying I had until 11/22/2022 to review it, but after I called to explain how bad it was and could I get some consideration, I guess they moved that date up, because the website tells me the review period is past. Don't stay here, unless you're prepared for some extremely rough accommodations, and don't use **********. That's my review.
