This is a fantastic hostel in a great location. I have now stayed here 4 times, both as part of a large group attending a conference and a small group of friends. The facilities are very comfortable, welcoming and very clean. The owners of the hostel couldn't be better - they are genuinely lovely people. The hostel has recently been redecorated and looks great! I would definitely recommend this place!

Located right off the main street in Portrush, this is a very good accommodation. This hostel is better than a lot of 3 star hotels that I have stayed in over the years. Tastefully decorated, clean rooms, friendly staffs and a fully stocked kitchen with a variety of breakfast options on offer, not to mention very competitive price. All in all, a great little gem in Portrush.

Very good

We just stayed for one night but had a great time. Everywhere was lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful. It rained a lot on our first day and we were helped to try and dry our clothes on radiators which was a nice touch. Breakfast consisted of help yourself breads, pastries, meats and cheeses, preserves and lots of hot and cold drink choices. Very tasty. The kitchen was very busy and little overwhelming for some but it’s probably just that many people wanted to use the area at the same time.

Family of 2 adults and 1 child. We stayed in the Beach chalet no. 11 for 2 nights. Room had a double bed and bunk beds which was to the delight of our daughter. Room also had tea/coffee and kettle. On a wee table area. Tv included. Heating was very good adjustable and easy to use controls. Beds very comfortable. Room spotlessly clean. Small hallway with high bar and seating and a very spacious bathroom. Plenty of towels and a hairdryer. Hostel is across the road from cliff walks with spectacular views. A new playground is across the road which has everything a little child would love. Within walking distance to both beaches. Breakfast was included. Help yourself. Selection of cereals, breads, pancakes, fruit, ham, cheese, teas and coffees. There is also a communal sitting room and kitchen. Our Hosts were welcoming and so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to visit again.

Fantastic hostel that is more of a bed & breakfast. After several nights in nice hotels my family was a little concerned that we were staying in a hostel. But we had a large, private room (1 full-sized bed and 2 sets of bunk beds) with a private bathroom. The hike up to the 3rd floor with the suitcases was a bit of work but it was nice and quiet up there. Beds weren't terribly comfortable but not unbearable. There is a tv and tea station in the room as well. The breakfast wasn't much- some bread and jams, oatmeal, and tea, but there are plenty of places to go out for food nearby. A hostel/bed and breakfast definitely takes some getting used to if you're not accustomed to it- you're rarely alone in the common living room/kitchen and the owners are always there keeping an eye on things. We loved Portrush, this area of Northern Ireland, and this delightful little hostel!

The check-in and out process was simple and straightforward. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and no disruption from other guests. A nice, spacious room with comfortable bed and all the facilities I needed. I had some time between checking out and leaving, so was allowed to sit in the relaxing, comfortable lounge area.
