DO NOT STAY ! Doing a road trip around southern Italy, booked this last minute, should have checked reviews. Most expensive we have booked & by far the worst. Situated next to busy road, no facilities near by, need car to get to town. Hotel very dated, I doubt it has had any refurbishments since built. Soulless. Room - basic, no kettle / tea/coffee etc, our room overlooking busy road. Absolutely boiling hot. One of the reasons I booked was due to hotel having air con. Asked lady on reception to turn on our air con, answer - all switched off now because it is cold outside! It certainly is not! Couldn’t open window as too noisy! Asked for room change, receptionist did oblige, overlooked rear of hotel, opened window overnight, my poor husband bitten alive! He managed to kill 8 mosquitoes through the night, very little sleep. Breakfast ok ish! Four star hotel - no way!! Definitely give this one a miss! Crazy expensive too!

Hotel outside the center but easy to reach by bus. We went with the school, a two-year high school trip. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, although only sweet. Cozy, new and clean rooms, comfortable beds and doors that don't squeak. Recommended for business trips and also for a school group, but in this case it is necessary to organize because there is no recreational area to entertain the kids with music or anything else

Large and clean rooms. Good soundproofing. I would remove the carpet for hygiene purposes. Service set adequate for a four-star hotel, only shoe cleaning is missing. Two negative things: the restaurant must be open in the evening and then it must be possible to see the sky.

I would like to point out that my review (however positive) is strictly personal and is based on the comparison of this structure with other 4 star hotels where I have stayed. I booked in this hotel where my son was going to take a competition the next day. When I arrived in the area I almost missed the exit from the highway due to poor directions, furthermore the quite large car park in front of the hotel was completely dark as was the sign. and the only "rather dim" lights were those of the entrance pergola. Inside I confirm the impression of latent dim light, the hall area is quite illuminated but the rest of the vast hall does not benefit from the same irradiation despite the areas being equipped with different lighting fixtures. The receptionists have always proven to be highly professional, courteous and kind (as previously by telephone). In the hall there are 2 large lifts for access to the floors. Having taken possession of the room, it was spacious enough for a double bed + cot, clean, equipped with 1 chair and 1 armchair, with a variously stocked minibar (with rather high prices for the items), furniture with a comfortable support surface, wardrobe spacious, mirror, safe, telephone, 32-inch TV, air conditioning, carpeted floor. I would like to point out the presence of numerous electrical sockets for smartphones and PCs, and a good wifi network. The soundproofing was excellent, even though it was next to the highway, there was no noise from passing vehicles or neighboring rooms. The bathroom, very beautiful, covered in marble with bathtub and glass panel for the shower, sanitary ware, large mirror (plus adjustable mirror) well lit, hairdryer, various towels, towels, shampoo/shower gel and soap, all however very clean and tidy. Despite an excellent first impression, on closer inspection one noticed a certain "tiredness" in the room's depressing yellow paint job, and numerous signs of water drops on the marble floor and on the dark bands surrounding the large mirror in the bathroom. In the room there were "Do not disturb" signs and forms where it is possible to indicate preferences for breakfast in the room, the price list of the minibar, and a small notepad with pen for notes. The lighting of the room was guaranteed by yellow lamps which notoriously generate shadows and poor definition (but these are personal tastes). For room service there is a surcharge which I am not aware of, it is served in the restaurant area, it is a continental breakfast although I thought I saw some savory foods. Again in personal opinion the coffee is not the best. It is possible to have dinner at a cost of 30 euros per person (half board) or "à la carte", lunch is not available. All cards and of course are accepted for payment

Large hotel not in the city center but about 3 km away. If you stay here you also need a car because the hotel is located on a large junction of a kind of ring road. The hotel is well kept, even if the furnishings in the rooms are a little old. It is warm (we stayed in the middle of winter) and clean. Breakfast good but not very rich, especially for the salty ones. Good Wi-Fi line for working.

Soggiorno di una notte per lavoro. Non è assolutamente un 4 stelle. Albergo nella media. Un business hotel. É ordinato e pulito ma asettico. Camere grandi, bagno senza finestra e senza termosifoni. Vasca da bagno al posto della doccia (la mia era una stanza tripla uso singola). La tv poggiata sulla scrivania. Scomodissima da guardare a letto, troppo bassa. Moquette, senza condizionatore. Letto comodo ma con coperta marrone anni 80 invece del piumino. Ho cenato al ristorante. Cena non altezza di un 4 stelle. Non cenerei mai più in quest’albergo. Il calice di vino a tavolo, un nebbiolo, a Potenza… mah. Mi sarei aspettato un aglianico o un primitivo. Piccolissima hall, anche il ristorante non è caldo ed accogliente. Comunque tutto molto pulito. Prezzo non adeguato agli ambienti ed ai servizi offerti.

Una delle migliori strutture in cui abbia soggiornato, sotto tutti gli aspetti: per pulizia, per cordialità, per colazione.

Eccezionale accoglienza e Servizi. In viaggio con un bambino piccolo, sevizio e camera eccellenti. Dal parcheggio alle caratteristiche della stanza, era ciò di cui avevo bisogno.

comoda la posizione a ridosso della basentana, tutto pulito e ordinato ma dà un pò l'idea del demodè, la moquette nelle stanze è un ricordo così come gli arredi. Stanze sufficientemente ampie e dormita comoda, la colazione non ha niente del territorio, specie nella parte salata e nel fresco, forse 100 euro per notte non li vale tutti

Hotel in zona tranquilla abbastanza distante dal centro di Potenza: le camere sono abbastanza confortevoli e spaziose al pari degli spazi comuni. Colazione tutto sommato sufficiente e staff disponibile. Prezzi contenuti come da aspettative.

Camere più o meno moderne forse l unica cosa e l area condizionata assente , personale molto gentile e disponibile con plauso soprattutto a rocco, grazie.Posizione strategica si trova in prossimità della basentana anche il parcheggio sia per le macchine e sia per i pullman abbastanza grande.colazione ottima

Struttura accogliente e moderna con camere sufficientemente spaziose e bel grande bagno anche se cieco. Ha garage sotterraneo ma grande parcheggio libero esterno. L' unica difficoltà è di uscire al momento giusto dal raccordo. Non seguire l uscita Bucaletto ma appena se ne vede l' indicazione fare attenzione ed entrare nell' area di servizio Autogrill che è comunicante con l' accesso all' hotel (ci sono enormi cartelli arancioni che indicano sia lo svincolo per l' hotel che quello per l' area di servizio). Dispone di ristorante interno chiuso di domenica. Buona la colazione
