Reviews of Suburban Studios Sterling - Washington Dulles

We had an excellent stay at Suburban Studios this week. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to get us set up comfortably for our stay, and that level of customer service really stood out. The location is also a huge plus — convenient and easy to get to, with plenty nearby. The only downside is the parking lot fills up pretty quickly, especially later in the evening, but honestly that was minor compared to everything else. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-kept, the beds were very comfortable, and overall the value for the price is hard to beat. For the money, I honestly don’t think you could find a better option if you tried. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay without overpaying.

The upside is that there is a Walmart nearby and you can cook. The downside is that the hotel facilities are too old, there are some low-income workers who stay there for a long time, the bathroom is not clean, the shower water is very small, the electric stove has had problems twice, the WiFi is very slow, and there have been several times that it has not been connected for a long time. It feels like a low-end small hotel in China. Because I have to stay for a long time when I am doing business nearby and I have to cook for myself frequently, I have to stay there, otherwise I will never stay there.

The room is OK, the facilities are old, the service is friendly. The transportation is convenient, and there are supermarkets around.

Location is good. Staff is great and super nice. Staff weekly cleaning always do a great job. Yvette at the front desk is amazing and always willing to help, they are lucky to have her!

The staff Harish, Amy, Yvette, Marleni and other at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

As this being my first time staying in Suburban Extended Stay, I must say that my time here has exceeded my expectations thus far. Manizha at the front desk was so helpful with supporting my grandmother and I during check in. Thank you again Manizha we appreciate you! Words cannot express how much of a help you’ve been. Not only that, the other staff that I’ve come across have also been warm welcoming. Great location and clean enviornment. Did I mention they allow pets? What a plus! I definitely recommend staying here in Sterling VA.

This place is just the best around! The sweet girl at the front desk Manizha is so helpful and always gets me anything I need! Thanks so much Manizha! Give this lady a promotion! The rooms are always clean and up to date I would recommend this place to anyone!

ran into a sweet person and her name is manizha and she always fixed my room card when ut got deactivated and always gave me a free cup when i asked politely. would recommend to a friend this place to stay.the rooms are clean and nice place to say. they have free coffee in the morning.

Manizha,She is a very good person. Some people say that she has a strong character, but she is very attentive and kind. I think she's the best receptionist in suburban Studios. I like my Room because it is clean and housekeeping cleans well. Thanks to them my stay is well.

Manisha- has been the best lady to come in contact with at this hotel, very nice always welcoming to the guest. Great personality and will communicate with you very well and will try to help with any problems you come into contacts with. Overall great place to stay, the staff if amazing here, laundry room is clean and I'm always able to do laundry when I need to. And the girl at the front desk Manizha is very kind and always has something nice to say and is funny! I will definitely be comimg back here anytime I'm in the area and need a hotel!

Nice rooms love the ability to cook in room things little dated but over all good place to stay have seen several repairs to place to get back on track would have rated it a 3 star but thanks to the wonderful front desk service of miss Manisha brings my stay to a 4 star service she is very polite respectful and always has a smile on her face to brighten anyone's day that stays there

The stay was very pleasant, anytime I need anything, the front desk, Yvette was always helpful. The next time I recommend anything, this would be a good place to stay. I feel it’s safe, anything needed to be handled it was said and done.

This hotel is amazing. Service is great zero complaints. Everyone has helped me out a few times while working out of town. Manizha, Kevin, Yvette, John, Marleni, Gladis, are awesome… Always happy with a great smile. Love this place.
