The location of the hotel is great, only about 500 meters from the city center. Most sights can be reached on foot in a short time. The hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet is varied and has something for all guests, including scrambled eggs and bacon. There is an Edeka supermarket right next to the hotel. The house is recommended for a short stay of 2-3 days. For a longer period of time there are not enough places to put away the clothes in the room. A safe is available. The rooms are quiet. You don't hear anything from traffic unless you open the window. There was a problem when checking out. The documents presented at check-in that the room had been paid for in advance were not available. It is recommended not to hand in the original, but to have the employees make a copy. We enjoyed it around. Personal, whether at the reception, in the bar, in the restaurant or housekeeping ... something kind and pre-event. Really top. The quiet and idyllic location of the hotel, directly on the Templine Lake is of course a highlight. Our room was so nice ... and the huge terrace with sea view was a dream. TV in the living area and in the bedroom, a spacious bathroom with many settings ... such is not everywhere Usus. With car you can be within minutes in the Castle Park Sanssouci, Babelsberg Film Park or in the island city of Werder. There is also a stop of the water taxi directly in front of the hotel, which also brings one to the city centre. Bus stop was not far away. Breakfast was bestowed by a large selection. And on Easter there was even chocolate leckerlis for the guests. For the dog there was a private ceiling in the room as well as a complete drinking and feeding station. In short: we felt very well. The only and really only manco was the food card in the restaurants. For us it was difficult to find something delicious. Band nuts for example only with huge garlic node. Burger, liver or currywurst was not ours too. From the second day of stay there was seasonal asparagus and then there was calf cut in the offer. But for that you have the possibility of buffet dinner, which varies daily and there is something for everyone.

Wir hatten das Zimmer 202 es war sehr schön und super eingerichtet soweit alles sauber leider war das WiFi sehr schlecht das schlafsofa wirklich nicht gut zum schlafen und im TV konnte man keine Sender gucken.
