Good service! very nice and kind 💯 But this hotel very original (truth) You need to pay a deposit to check in, and there were cockroaches on the wall while I was sleeping.Environmental hygiene is very bad 「the people here are friendly and welcoming」This is very good

This is my first time at the original backpacker. Answer my phone call when I was late check-in, the guy was very polite. Reception - very friendly and helpful show me around. Location - convenience at King Cross with 2 supermarkets, food shop, shopping centre. Friendly roommates with all women. Other backpackers are very respectful. No noise after midnight. I'll be back😊

I was make really great experiences in here. Cheap price, nice people, free morning and 3 free diners fer week! The old facilities and the low cleanliness were a bit disappointing, but that were still great. Thanks

I need a wheelchair because of a fracture. The hotel has good service, barrier-free access and various warm services. Good review!

Good location, just a 5 minute walk from Kingscross Station. I stayed in a room with 4 bunk beds lined up. I think it was a relatively nice place.

The atmosphere and service are very good. The hotel staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The whole hotel has a good atmosphere. People are energetic. South American style. There will be South American music in the corridor and kitchen at night, and red wine will be opened. Summer beach style. The hotel is a little messy with some sundries. It is a little noisy outside the window when sleeping, but the atmosphere is good. It is near the subway entrance. I am still very satisfied.

The service is great and the price is great with breakfast and dinner 3 times a week. Also, the staff are very friendly, so I can enjoy my life very much. In addition, there are people from various countries, so it's a lot of fun to talk about various things.

I was there just to leave my luggage. The common space is small. Dinner is provided 3 times a week and they clean well, but the sheets are not changed well and there are too many cockroaches.

There was a restaurant nearby and it was so noisy at night that I couldn't sleep at all. The bath mat in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been changed for several days, and I really regretted that I should have brought my own bath mat. I had an early flight the next day, so my stay was short, but I don't think I'd like to stay any longer. There is no hair dryer, so you need to bring your own.

Really nice energy to the place! Friendly staff, great location, and spacious rooms with nice terrace balcony. Not luxe but makes up for it in good vibes. Would recommend to people looking for cheap and fun accomodation. Lots of interesting personalities. Only downside is not many organised activities whilst I stayed which makes it harder to make friends as a solo traveller.
