The hotel is comfortable, and the breakfast is decent. The staff is very polite. The sauna is clean and I liked everything.

Booking through Trip.com was super convenient. This Sheraton is really close to the train station, less than a 10-minute walk even with luggage. Plus, there's a tram stop right downstairs, which makes getting around very easy. The breakfast selection was quite good, with freshly made omelets and waffles, and the service was excellent. There's complimentary lemon-infused iced water in the lobby. The pool is on the smaller side, but it's perfectly fine for kids to enjoy. There's also a steam room in the bathroom next to the pool.

I think this is consider quite close to train station, the service was great.

Five-star hotel, and the sheets looked like *this*? Slept a whole night, and my hand accidentally touched something. Turned on the light, and it was absolutely disgusting. They still haven't offered any resolution.

The rooms are well-equipped, and the bathrooms are spacious and bright with great water pressure and volume in the shower. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool and gym on the eighth floor, open until 11 PM, catering to various needs. Complimentary tea in the lobby adds a welcoming touch, making guests feel right at home.

The hotel is right next to the railway, so it's incredibly noisy! A major drawback for anyone who's a light sleeper!

Good food, good service, we enjoyed holiday in here

We stopped by Poznan on our way from Gdansk to Berlin. It is a beautiful city with characters and the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station. The only thing to be aware is due to the train station structure, it is still 10-15 minutes of walk to reach the hotel with stairs to climb so not as close as how it looked from the distance.

Overall, it's pretty good. I stayed here for a business trip. It's located downtown, so it's very convenient to take the tram and easy to find places to eat. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip. The hotel environment is also excellent!!
