Reviews of Clarion Hotel Prague Old Town

After the problem was solved by not having double bed, only two single beds, everything was fine, the hotel is nice, in excellent location

A nice enough hotel, with simple rooms. It's a shame about the cleanliness of the room. I stayed for four days, but the bathroom was never cleaned during my stay. Lots of dust on the sink and floor, and hair that wasn't vacuumed. A bathroom shouldn't be left like this, but it should be cleaned every day, especially considering it's a four-star hotel.

The location of the hotel is good, by the river, you can walk to any tourist attraction, overall it is ok, we brought our dog with us, the dog is allowed, parking is a bit expensive, it cost 2000 Czech crowns for parking, which is a bit expensive.

I can't say, after all, it's cheap, but the location is OK

The location of the hotel is very good. The old town is very close to Prague Square and major attractions. I can accept the small room, the small bed, and outdated and damaged facilities. I can understand this, but I can't praise the hygiene. Poor, there are small flying insects flying around in the room

We got here at 1.30 afternoon was told our room wasnt ready, ( check in time at 2.00 ) so we went for a quick lunch around the corner of the hotel. Came back the hotel checked in and got room# 306 with 2 single beds, i dont understand that why i cldnt book a double bed instead ! Anyways room was alright and we got some local wine and some snacks “very thoughtful as first time guest here” so thank you for that. Nespresso machine and coffee was good too. Although i am wondering why housekeeping didnt not clean the plates, and glasses after 4 days ? So the stuff we got first day upon arrival was still there after our departure ? Breaksfast was alright a bit crowded in a small restaurant, and noisy as well, the bread was really bad not fresh at all. Use the toaster !! The pastries was really dry, and just boring. Complimentary coffee after closing hours, and some cakes was really nice after a long day walk, its nice to see that Clarion offers this complimentary coffee, tea and cakes. The coffee taste also better than the one in the restaurant. Waitresses and hostess was friendly there, and attentive to clean up tables etc.

I was there in the first week of January. Location is just perfect, it is a walking distance from Old Town Square like five minutes. Away enough from the crowd noise but close enough that you won’t walk more than five minutes to get there. Every room comes with breakfast whether you booked it or not. Staff are so helpful. Rooms are well heated and clean. I loved how cozy the atmosphere is in this hotel. Didn’t hear any noise while I was staying. Pro tip: there is a Thai spa in the ground floor I recommend trying.

Besides its perfect location directly in the old town, yet at not too busy street I especially appreciated a friendly staff and perfect service. The room was comfortable and clean with perfectly functional air conditioning, breakfast rich with a big choice of fresh and high quality food. I can truly recommend this hotel.

I attended the Thai massage parlour in the hotel . It was outstanding . Currently 90mins for price of 60 mins . I had Ann . She was outstanding. I have come back for another session today . I felt so relaxed afterwards . She certainly new her stuff ..

a male staff member came in our room after midnight to do who knows what to us. we woke up and caught him and hotel did nothing about it and tried to say he was looking for a leak though they could have called the room phone or my cell and they did not, he did not look for a leak, he didnt go in to the adjacent room to look for a leak either. theres a predator employed at this hotel

Clarion Hotel is the best choice for whoever is looking for an accommodation in the city centre but far from the crowd. I really appreciated the courtesy of the staff and the room as it was clean and spacious. However, there are some flaws. In fact, the restaurant easily gets packed and the selection of food is not wide. Additionally, all the rooms should be made up everyday

Excellent, quiet location; excellent room and plumbing (shower); amazing breakfast; ongoing coffee and tea service throughout the day ; and the staff is incredibly helpful, friendly and polite Will stay here again upon returning to Prague

The hotel was nice but 18 minutes away from the historic center. The breakfast was good. But staff did not seem to smile or be very present. Maybe it was a cultural thing. We saw that in many women who seemed to be unhappy instead of hospitable to clients. Also during paying our bill They charged us in dollar instead of euro with a very bad rate. We wanted charges in euro and they did not do it

We had a booking here at the end of a walking holiday in Bohemia. Ideally situated to explore Prague. Very good and helpful start, professional. Keep luggage before and after the official stay as part of service. Good beds, nice power shower. Adequate room size with a refrigerator. Air conditioning was a plus due to the heat. Good breakfast spread.
