We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Prague. From the moment we checked in, the gentleman at reception was incredibly kind and helpful. He took the time to show us on the map which places were worth visiting and gave us some really useful recommendations for our trip. The hotel was also very helpful in preparing breakfast boxes for us as we had an early morning flight, which we really appreciated. Overall, everything was better than we expected, especially considering the price we paid. The room was comfortable, the service was friendly, and the staff genuinely made us feel welcome. We would definitely consider staying here again if we visit Prague in the future.

The room was spacious with classic decor. The breakfast was quite good, a typical Western-style spread with milk, yogurt, ham, and pastries, served on the basement level. They also offer luggage storage.

Very good location, quiet neighborhood, two minutes by foot from the Metro A, everyday cleaning, big and comfortable room with nice wc, furniture with style, excellent staff, was the second time I have booked this hotel. I highly recommend La Fenice.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom only had a bathtub with no shower option. Everything else was quite good, though. We arrived very late, and the hotel's vending machine only accepted coins and didn't take cards, so we couldn't buy any drinking water. Unfortunately, the front desk staff didn't offer any help either, and we just had to wait until the next day...

This hotel offers excellent value for money. Its location is superb, just a three-minute walk from the metro station. The decor is quite unique, and the cleanliness is also very good. The only minor drawback is that the lighting is a bit dim. However, the friendly front desk staff and all the other positive factors definitely make this a place worth recommending.

Not far from the subway station, the hotel is clean. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but the burger joint and pizza place are good. The bathroom drainage was a bit slow, but acceptable.

Great location, and an excellent, abundant breakfast. The lady who greets you at breakfast was the only one smiling and happy; the others were good but very serious. Still, the hotel is very good, I would definitely return.

It was great, except for the fact that the key was a physical one. There's a big park nearby with a great view overlooking Prague.

This hotel offers great value for money, and the breakfast selection is quite good. It's just a 2-minute walk to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. The surrounding architecture is also unique, and it feels very safe at night, perfect for solo travelers.

The room and hotel is old but everything’s fine ! That’s incredible with a lower price and you can have free breakfast buffet!

The hotel is close to subway station and the city center. Clean, neat, and convenient

The location is quite good, right next to the train station. There was some road construction nearby, and my navigation system wasn't updated, so I had to drive around a few times before I finally got there. The surrounding environment is pretty decent, with restaurants and markets all close by. It offers great value for money. The front desk service was excellent.
