Overall is good, great location, clean place and free breakfast

It's just a short walk from Prague train station, so even though my train was delayed and I ended up checking in late at night, I was glad I was able to. My friend's hotel was far away, so the front desk called a taxi for me, which was very helpful. The room was stylish and had a bathtub, which was great. They had both regular and sparkling water available. The breakfast had a wide variety of food, was homemade, and was very delicious. There's a tram stop right in front of the hotel, so you can take the train to Prague Castle. It's a hotel I'd definitely like to stay at again. I recommend it.

The room was small, but the hotel's location was excellent, just a five-minute walk from the train station. However, because it was so close, you could hear the trains rumbling around. The soundproofing was poor; you could hear the neighbors watching TV or turning lights on and off. The heating was very good, with two radiators, making the room very warm. The breakfast was also decent.

Second stay. The location is very good. It is right next to the station and it takes only 10 minutes to walk to Charles Bridge and other attractions.

Room was great. Very quiet. You can hear the faint rumble of the trams but barely noticeable. Clean, comfortable bed and a powerful shower. Ideal location, short walk to most of the tourist destinations. Central Railway station across the park from the hotel, 2 minutes walk. Tram stop also opposite. Breakfast was great, very wide selection and tasted great. Staff all friendly and efficient. We were very happy with our choice.

This was a couples holiday from the 7th to the 10th of December. When we arrived we were greeted warmly by hotel staff - they spoke very good English and were accommodating letting us know the times for breakfast, the WiFi password (they also give this to you written on a piece of paper) and the time you need to check out by. There are two lifts to the rooms which is great as helps with traffic, although they were a bit slow! Also stairs if you prefer a walk which weren’t too steep but we’re a spiral staircase so could be narrow in some places. The room When we arrived we were shocked to see just how spacious the room actually was! The bed was comfy and clean and they provide you with show gel, shampoo and soap (all from rituals!) towels, tissues and a hairdryer is also provided in the room. The TV has English channels and has the option of being able to log into Netflix if you need it. The room also came with a mini bar, but be warmer you did need to pay if you took any items from it - there was a price list in the room for this. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels and loo roll restocked. One of the complaints we had was that there wasn’t really anywhere to hand your coats up unless you put them inside the wardrobe. Also, in the morning when we went to shower there was a strong smell of sewage so we did often have to air out the room. Breakfast I believe breakfast was from 7am to 11am and when we went down there was always space, chairs were comfy and tables were always clean and laid. The staff were friendly and already smiling. There is a very good range from baked good to a cooked breakfast including beans, eggs, sausage (hotdog ones too), bacon, hash browns and chicken strips. The cold selections were also very good with overnight oats in a lovely jar and mini savoury pastry options too such as spinach and feta parcels and ham and cheese strudel. Location The location was great, everything was within a 25 minute walk from us which made it very easy to see all the tourist attractions and Christmas markets. The tram stop was right outside as well as a train station just over the road but we didn’t use them. The price of a bolt was also very cheap if you didn’t fancy walking. I will say that because you are so close to a tram you can hear slight vibrations when you’re in the room but it’s not a problem. All in all it was a good hotel with friendly staff and I would 100% stay again .

Lovely place convient for exploring, the location was perfect. Away from the main square but perfect for exploring, room were great with the best bed I have had for some time. Breakfast was delightful, great choice... tip upgrade your room for an exec room as the mini bar is much appreciated.

987 Design Hotel is an excellent hotel ideally located a 5 minute walk from the main railway station. It is around a 15 minute walk into the old town. Communication with the hotel has been impressive and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with everything you would want in a lovely environment. Tables were cleared straight away. There a 2 lifts for your convenience. The rooms are modern and spacious. We are very pleased to have chosen this hotel for our stay in beautiful Prague.

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely and very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The reception staff could not have been more helpful (Diana was particularly excellent). The hotel was very well located with a short walk into town or tram stops just outside with trams which were so frequent. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main train station which was very handy as we caught the AirPort Express bus to the station for approximately €10 for 4 of us; it was so easy. If you are staying for a few days, consider getting the Prague pass which gives you free entry to lots of museums, attractions, some guided tours and public transport including the AirPort Express. We will definitely return to this hotel. It was wonderful!

We stayed here last week, the hotel is very clean, our room had a lovely comfortable bed and the shower was amazing, there is coffee making facilities in the room but as a tea drinker there wasn’t this option, there is a mini bar which we only used to cool our drinks. The staff are super friendly, the lady even posted my postcards for me, they can’t do enough for you. We were on the fourth floor and the view was great, overlooking the tram stop. Great stay, thank you to the staff.

I booked 987 Design Prague Hotel for its convenient location, but unfortunately, my stay fell short of expectations. The hotel is situated on the corner of two busy tram lines, and the building noticeably shook every time a tram passed—which was quite frequent during the day. My original room faced directly onto the street and tram line, and I had to request a quieter room at the back of the building. Fortunately, the staff were able to accommodate this request. The breakfast team and housekeeping staff were excellent—friendly, efficient, and welcoming. However, my experience with reception was less positive. When I asked if the hotel had a gym, I was told yes and given directions to a facility located two blocks away. I made the walk, only to be told by the gym staff that I needed a QR code from the hotel to gain access. When I returned to reception to ask, the response was simply, “oh, you should have asked for the QR code.” This was frustrating, as I had already asked about using the gym and was not told about this requirement. Overall, while the hotel has a stylish design and a central location, the noise from the trams and the lack of clear communication from the front desk made the experience more stressful than it needed to be.

Amazing stay, the hotel was exactly as described on the web site. Very comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel is situated about 20 minutes on foot from the town square and its easy to find . Prague was very nice with lots things to see and do. I would recommend seeing the Astronomical clock, the Charles Bridge and the evening river cruise.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel for 3 nights Staff are so professional and helpful Diana was really helpful as were all the other staff members. Room was clean and you had all you needed including toiletries There was some noise from the building work by the hotel not the hotels fault Air conditioned room worked perfectly,the shower needs to be looked at as it doesn’t come out of the wall far enough to cover you when showering. Breakfast was first class lots of hot and cold dishes to suit everyone.Good coffee and tea making facilities. Wi-Fi was free and adequate and you had a free safe in the room a nice touch. It is a 15-20 minute walk to all attractions just far enough away from the crowds and near metro,airport transport bus and station. If I’m in Prague again I would definitely use this hotel👏👏👏
