We stayed three nights here. Walked to all major attractions. People at hotel were really nice and we enjoyed the sauna downstairs. Room I was clean … we would come back to stay here again.

We stayed here on our honeymoon. First of all, the location was great, and it was very convenient as it was close to the subway station. The hotel was also very clean, and I particularly liked the calm, old European atmosphere. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very delicious. I was very satisfied, so I would like to stay here again if I visit Prague again.

A frequently visited hotel, this location is in the old town, a century-old restaurant, ten minutes walk from Charles Bridge

The hotel is relatively old and there is no doorman to help open the door and take the luggage. The overall price of hotels in Prague is not cheap, the breakfast is good, and the style is OK

The location of the hotel is very good. All attractions in the old city are within a ten-minute walk. The service staff are also very good. The whole building is very old and the rooms have a sense of age. The breakfast is not bad, and the own bar is also very stylish. There are two problems. One is that I booked an executive room but was assigned to a corner room with no view at all. When I open the window, I can see dirty pipe walls... The other is that the hotel is really too old.

Reception and housekeeping services are inadequate Even though I stayed in a suite room and reminded me, no refreshments were provided. There is almost no hotel that does not offer daily water. It was very interesting that there was no water provided in the room daily. It has an average breakfast I would not stay in this hotel in Prague Location is perfect
