Horrible experience in this hotel. My AC didn’t work from the very beginning. I reported it and receptionists came to check like they didn’t know. They didn’t fix it and refused to refund me.
Later I heard from other customer complaining about the same issue.
They know they have problems but they don’t care!

Generally speaking, this price corresponds to a hotel of this quality. The shower is not very easy to use, and the toilet is a bit small.
