Immaculate place. Unbeatable location and a very complete breakfast!

The location with respect to proximity of stores and transportation was not bad. However, the room was terrible. The bathroom was pokey and because of no AC even with two fans the room was too hot over 30° temperatures inside the room. At night time there are all kinds of drunks and druggies in the alleyways and there’s so much noise that you cannot sleep. You have to leave the window open at night, hoping that the room will cool down. I will never stay here again. It was my mistake to overlook that this hotel does not have AC. At least now I know never to go by the positive reviews alone.

The location quite ok but toilet a bit smelly

lovely room very clean basic but that is all we needed we were out most of the time. my wife said it was the best bedding we have ever had in a hotel, good advice given about sites and busses and trams ect. we would defo go there again

Everything was fine, clean, good location. Nothing extraordinary. Older building, standard rooms.

Very nice hotel, in the center, a stone's throw from attractions and restaurants...excellent for a holiday in Prague...quiet and comfortable, helpful and friendly staff.

At first I thought it was a single room, but it turned out to be a bed in a quadruple room. It was really spacious and classical in style, but the facilities were not complete. I wanted to boil water but there was no tea kettle. I called the front desk, but they said they were off work at 10pm and I could talk to them tomorrow...

It has spacious rooms and comfortable bathrooms. However, since it is directly connected to the next room, it is not very soundproof. Even if you make just a little noise, you can hear everything.

Only positive thing about this hotel is the location with close proximity to everything, but somehow our taxi driver couldn’t drop us outside so we had to walk around and find it ourself. A lot of stairs to climb no lift not easy carrying a suitcase. Stair carpet very old and dirty. Little steps where you don’t expect them has us tripping a bit until we got use to where they were. Room ok no air con had to use a fan. Stayed 3 nights no change of towels. Pillow flat as a pancake, safe wouldn’t work. A screw sticking up in the middle of the door saddle. No staff around. Had to take our suitcase around with us at 4pm on last day as no one would be there to give it back to us. Wouldn’t let us use a bathroom when we collected our luggage.

The hotel has excellent location, 200 m from one of the main pedestrian street of old town rug, halfway between Charles Bridge and the Orloj. The hotel has its own parking facility, only 80 m from the hotel, such facility is very very rare in old town, Prague.

Hotel located in prime location near old town Easily accessible to prime areas like Astro Clock, Charles Bridge and so on Quite place and room was too spacious Only negative side was lack of Elevator/Lift . Difficult to climb staircase with big suitcase 🙁. Cannot find tea/coffee packets or kettle or drinking glasses in the room. Door closing and opening with loud noise. Treat urself with cafe shop (demon caffe) beside the hotel 😊 Overall hotel located in gr8 location

The location is top, 1 minute from Charles Bridge, 5 from the old town square, in a very quiet street in the evening, everything within walking distance. Hotel in an ancient building, the wooden floor creaks a bit, vintage furnishings (except the modern shower!) but all in all a fascinating setting. I was in the single room, the electrical socket near the bed was dangling from a wire leaning against the headboard (it wasn't on the wall, a little uncomfortable). Every now and then the sound of slamming doors and other guests returning but it was silent at night. A little expensive perhaps for a single without breakfast but all in all a good solution in the center of town where prices are quite high. Warm room, fridge to be put into operation, there is no kettle, blackout curtains yes, view of the single on the internal roof (I didn't mind but it is opposite another room with a window). The pub in the courtyard was not open so quiet. In the bathroom only liquid soap dispenser, no shower cap (I would have needed it), small bathroom but spacious shower, no bidet. Yes phon. In the room Yes TV (but I never turned it on) Yes wifi (I was on the 2nd floor, a small flight of stairs to get to the room, it worked well). I didn't have breakfast (I could have had it at a cost of 10 euros but outside it's full of streets with bars and clubs and then not having seen the room set up in the morning when I went out I thought they didn't do it, I don't know). Clean (but a little dust in the less visible parts). Bed a little hard, maybe you could change the mattress in the single room. Ultimately I recommend it, it could improve some things (the socket in the wall!) but I like that old look
