Great place with free parking (and plenty of parking spots) AND chargers with electric vehicles. I think they had 4 chargers, and during our stay the maximum was two cars charging at the same time. So plenty of chance to get a charger and parking spot. Besides this, they also had a good buffet. They could make a better effort refilling it though. When eggs or bacon was out, you had to ask staff before they would make more. Also the desserts they stopped bringing out 45min -30min before closing time. So if you like a late brakfast like us, there might be fewer desserts, and you'll have to ask the staff to refill.

it was our fourth time already in this beautiful hotel and we always enjoy the friendly staff and the beautiful quiet area. The wellness and spa area is also really nice and the volcano complex is the perfect location to enjoy your business or private trip outside of the stressful tourism center in Prague. We also could charge our electric car easily in front of the hotel. The restaurant always serves great food. Breakfast is fresh and with a wide selection. We can recommend it!

The best hotel ever - design, restaurant, room, music, location, sport facilities, people are excellent. I especially recommend an open terrace when it is warm enough - amazing! We come by regularly and every time it is a small escape into the ideal place. Not talking about enjoying golden city Prague!

Been in Volcano complex several times now. Every time again it’s been a good experience. This time was the first time I had dinner there and it was absolutely delicious. No need to go into Prague center for dinner if not necessary, food in the hotel is just as good if not better.

Perfect service, comfortable cosy room, catering + water with herbs and lemon free in lobby and spa, relaxing spa, great Thai massage, and very nice staff. Free parking is an advantage, too. Nice surroundings for morning run and walks.

During our stay at the Volcano Spa from November 17th to 19th, 2023, we were extremely pleased with the attitude and helpfulness of all the staff. The service provided by the employees was exceptional, making our experience highly enjoyable. The facilities were impressive, and the available amenities exceeded our expectations. The relaxing atmosphere and the range of relaxation options offered made our stay even more delightful. We highly recommend the Volcano Spa.

Great boutique hotel just out of town. Clean, large comtemporary rooms. Free wifi. Shower new and modern... good-sized bathroom. Breakfast was buffet, well- stocked and very pleasant. Reception staff very helpful. Very good gym on site (extra to use). Just out of city centre (7km). You can walk to nearest metro (12-15 mins) and just 7 stops (12 mins) into Mustek station... right in the centre. 120Czk (4.26GBP) for 24 hour ticket. Uber to city centre only £8. Great base for our first 4 day trip to Prague.

This would have been the perfect stay for what I needed however the reception staff were unhelpful and the showers were freezing cold. I reported this on checkout as I had to catch a flight and was told there’s no issue.
