We can only check in at 2 pm and must check out at 10am although there is free storage service and the staffs were nice and friendly. The room was quite big but nothing special☺️

Nice location and the room is extra neat and clean. Only small complain is the keylock is hard to open and close. I have to literally slam the door shut. Maybe it's old building and difficult to replace it. Very satisfy during my stay.

The hotel is located in the old town with many attractions and eateries nearby. It took me CZK380 by Bolt to get to the airport in about 30 minutes. The signage of the hotel was not eye-catching so be careful when searching. The hotel was part of an old building so were the facilities and furnishings. People should be reminded that the only lift stops between floors, that is to say, everyone have to walk half a floor. The rooms were not air conditioned while a fan was provided instead.

Its most appealing feature is its location; you're literally just a few minutes' walk to the heart of the old town, cafes, restaurants, and markets, making getting around much easier without needing a car. The rooms are a good size for a boutique hotel, and the decor is simple and functional. Cleanliness was excellent, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The reception staff were professional and efficient, and we didn't experience any delays during check-in or check-out. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast on-site, but there are plenty of options within easy walking distance. On the downside, street noise can be audible if your room has a view, especially on weekends. Also, the central air conditioning isn't very strong, so on hot days, you'll need to open the windows or use the fan in your room. Overall, the hotel is perfect for those seeking a prime location at a reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area. It's ideal for those who enjoy walking and exploring and don't require extensive hotel amenities. A very satisfying experience that I would definitely repeat.

The hotel is in a great location, but the rooms are a bit small and lack the comforts of a hotel. There was no heating. The soap was the same for hands, body, and hair, and it wasn't the best. For the price, I expected something more. The only plus is that Prague's main square is just a 2-minute walk away.

The cleanliness and environment were extremely poor. On my first night, I found no duvets, but rather one placed at the top of the wardrobe. The towels and sheets were also dirty. There was no elevator to the apartment; I had to walk up the stairs, and the staff offered no assistance with my luggage. After reporting this to the hotel on my second night, they assured me they would improve the cleanliness. However, upon arrival, there were still no duvets, two sheets on the bed, and I found bed bugs again. In short, this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
