It was good point
•The room was clean! The upper window is open!
•Due to the strike, I had to check in past my scheduled date, around 3am, but I was able to receive the room code via email and was able to check in, which was very helpful!
•There was an elevator
•The hotel was on a hill. It was okay because I took a taxi, but it might be difficult to walk.
•There was a dryer!
•It is better to bring shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and tissues.

There was good service when checking in: the door was opened and help was offered to carry the suitcase. Earlier check in was also possible. So the first impression was good. The room felt untidy because there was dark hair everywhere. I had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, but still someone came in with keys and didn't even knock on the door. This made me feel uncomfortable because I wasn't dressed properly and for example the bathroom door couldn't be closed and anyone could come in without warning. I told the receptionist about this during check out and she did apologize for the incident and said that maybe it was the cleaner who came through the door but didn't start to sort out it, although I wasn't sure because the person didn't speak English. The receptionist was different than at check in and I had trouble getting out of the hotel with my luggage, but luckily another customer appeared to hold the door for me.

renovated hotel, nice staff. The bathroom is painted but poorly designed so it's inconvenient to use. Hotel is far from the city centre/old town. but good value for what it is.

A nice hotel with helpful staff. It's basic but very clean and in very good condition. The automatic check-in system is a little annoying but you can talk to a person when you get there

Nice, clean and cheap little hotel, looks like just have been refurbished, friendly staff, easy check in and out. Couple nice Czech food restaurants nearby. Bus to an old town 100m away. Highly recommend
