The stay at this Hotel was very nice and very easy to walk to locations that I wanted to arrive at in a couple of minutes. Very nice coffee bars and restaurants.

Things weren't great from the get go, the receptionist was super rude when we were checking in.
We requested a non smoking room but we're given room 1 which was next to the smoking area and so the room smelt of smoke still. There's also no air conditioning so if you want to cool the room down you have to open the window at the smoking area. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything in the surrounding rooms and outside the rooms. It was incredibly noisey and doors were banging loudly till 1am.
On the third day our toilet paper hadn't been topped up and we were running low, we asked for more and were told housekeeping would provide the next day. When we said we didn't have enough to get through the night they said they'd take a look. We never got any toilet roll.
I'd never stay here again.

The location was convenient, not far from Jana Masaryka tram stop. The room was a bit small, but it was good enough. The breakfast was okay. The only bad things were that it wasn't very soundproof, I could hear too well when my neighbours arrived or left their room or what they talked in the corridor. Also the bathroom was a bit tricky. I'm a normal-sized person, but I had trouble getting to the shower as the closet door only opens partly and in the room the shower was in the corner behind the sink.
But the price was good and so was the location for my needs, so all in all not a bad experience.

Posizione strategica vicino a metro e linee autobus raggiunte anche da linee notturne, pulizia sia nelle camere che nei corridoi, speso 30 € al gg a testa con colazione (eccellente ed ottima con varie scelte) personale gentile e disponibile

L'hôtel est hors du centre touristique mais à pied il vous faudra 25min et moins que ça si vous empruntez les transports qui passent en nombre pas très loin. L'hôtel est dans des petites rues silencieuses au charme désuet des années 1900-1910. La literie est bonne et j'ai très bien dormi. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Un seul bémol, la chambre était un peu exiguë (dur de tourner autour du lit). Mais c'est un excellent rapport qualité prix pour visiter Prague!

Удобные, чистые комнаты, хорошо оборудованы. До метро 15 мин, до трамвая 5 мин. До Старо Мисто 30 минут пешком. Вкусный завтрак. В номере чайник. Вокруг много кафе и ресторанов. Из минусов. Очень слабый wifi. Минибар фальшивый, свет без холода.
