I spent 21 days in this charming and lovely hotel The staff is very courteous. The rooms are very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and there is cleaning service everyday. A kettle is provided for coffee and tea, there is also a mini bar, and satellite television stations in many languages. Location is great being close to a metro stop and tram lines. Located in Vinhorady, on of of the most desirable neighborhoods in Prague. I am returning in May for another long stay.

I have been twice in this Hotel and everything has been perfect. Quite, cleaned, organised Hotel, located in a residential area close to the City centre. The quality price is more than good. I highly recommend this Hotel for holiday and Business trip.

Esperienza davvero positiva. L'hotel era fantastico, pulitissimo e il personale disponibile h24. Qualità prezzo davvero eccellente per il posto in cui ti trovi. La zona molto tranquilla. Colazione buona e molto varia, unica pecca per la colazione troppi cibi salati e pochi cibi dolci. Per il resto uno dei migliori hotel in cui abbia soggiornato.

Un peu excentré, dans un quartier calme, pas trop loin du tram. Charmant hôtel très propre à la déco raffinée. Accueil aurait pu être meilleur. Des escaliers à monter mais aucune aide. Chambre confortable, très propre, bien 4*. Petit déjeuner attractif, mais pains et viennoiseries livrés un peu plus tard. Service acceptable.

Hotel spostato rispetto al centro, ma ben collegato con metro e tram. Personale gentile. All molto carina. Colazione internazionale sufficiente. Pulizia della camera buona. Cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. Mi sarei aspettata da un 4 stelle un set da bagno differente, ad esempio balsamo e crema corpo. Camera ampia e bagno funzionale, mancanza di tende coprenti alle finestre che non permettono di far filtrare la luce.
