Good location. If open windows can be noisy, and in general it is very quiet. Walking distance to bus and tram stop.

i was surprised! great place to stay if you are going to an event at Fortuna Sports Hall (where concerts and other events are often held).. the room is clean, the tram stop is close. there is also a shopping center nearby. breakfast is included and the lady at the reception is very friendly

I attended an event nearby and I had an excellent stay here, the room was great, the breakfast was good and all at a reasonable price. The air conditioning was appreciated. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. I will stay here again the next time I am in the area.

I chose this hotel because I needed accommodation near the Tipsport Arena, where I was at the evening concert. Residence Vysta was located directly opposite this arena, very close to the tram station. This was an accommodation for undemanding travelers. The equipment of my room was basic. It was clean there and although the hotel was located on a very busy street, there was quiet inside. The breakfast served on the ground floor was very simple but good. Check in and check out was quick, the staff was very nice.

Recent stay for a leisure weekend in beautiful Prague. The residence is a stone's throw from the Vystaviste tram stop, convenient for reaching the city center from zone 7. Of course, not a super central area or with a lot of movement but quiet and well connected. The residence-hotel is a simple structure, without particular personality but also without great pretensions. Minimal common spaces and rooms, fairly clean, sufficiently comfortable if use is limited to bed and breakfast as in our case. Basic breakfast, all in all varied and decent, but nothing exceptional. Certainly friendly staff, average price, perhaps not exactly in line with the quality.

The room was large and spacious. An extra pass for the dust was needed. All in all, the friendly staff and well-stocked breakfast made for a great stay. The area is well served by public transport which allows you to quickly reach all places of interest. Advised!
