The hotel I booked two months ago suddenly said I couldn't check in. Trip contacted me and they changed the hotel, but it was the worst.
I changed hotels by mistake during my trip, so shouldn't I suggest a better hotel?
The bathroom had a musty smell and the water in the sink was gushing, so I had to use only the shower.
I wanted to change the room, but after 7 o'clock after we arrived, there was no one at the desk and I couldn't contact them, so it was difficult to change the room, so I just stayed in that room.
I had already unpacked my bags and decided to just stay one more day, but I regret why I paid my own money to stay in such a terrible place.
I paid the city tax by credit card while checking in, but when I said I didn't pay it, they insisted on paying it again, but when I showed them the receipt, they said it was okay without even saying sorry.
The first hotel I stayed in during my trip left me completely upset.
This is a hotel I never want to go to again and I won't use trip.com either.

The hotel is located in a new neighborhood very close to a tram stop that takes you straight into the Old City. If you plan to walk from the Florenc Bus Station with heavy luggage, prepare yourself as it is quite a climb over the cobbled streets! The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is simple yet satisfactory. Unfortunately, all the wall sockets in my room wasn’t working, so I had to charge everything in the bathroom. Wi-fi is charged at an extra price, which wasn’t worth it as the reception in my room was zero to none. But all in all, not bad.

Last year when COVID-19 hit, and the borders closed I was staying at the hotel. I was from the outset uncertain as to whether I should check in but the Kazakh woman at the reception told us that in case we needed to depart early, they would honour our remaining nights at a later date. The latter turned out to be a lie. I was just again in Prague, and contacted them a few weeks ago. THEY NEVER RESPONDED, and hence I paid for a service and never used, albeit I was told I could take advantage of it at a later date. They are sly.

It is not in the center but the trams pass and it is a nice area. The rooms are clean and they welcomed us very well, explaining everything even with a few words in Italian. There is no bidet but the bathroom is comfortable and clean, including shower gel. Great breakfast. Only one bad thing in the bathroom there was sometimes an unpleasant smell.
