Booking from 14/02/2023 to 21/02/2023 for 4 people in BHG APARTMENT We overnight stay in APARTMENT 2 and on 20/02/2023 (dd/mm/yy) from 2 p.m. the water felts in our apartment so we had unease about hygiene and services (cooking included). We talked with reception and they said that we had to wait. At 6 p.m. we called again the reception to search for more information and we waiting until 7:30 p.m. They called us and said that finally we’ve been change our apartment with another. We were really tired (in order to not having a place were we could relax ourselves for hours before go out again in the night). So on, the other apartment was far from the first hotel; far from the central place (OLD TOWN SQUARE) where we want to overnight stay and of what we payed; and it also was in a place not really quite. The apartment was really bad, doesn’t respect the standards of a 4 stars hotel because it was really dirty, smaller, fetiscent and with no services (bidet, terrace, hob, oven…). We hadn’t a room from 2 p.m. if we liked to have a shower, we couldn’t! It was 9 p.m. and we really don’t even know where we had to sleep, where we had to go to the toilet and where we had to put our 6 luggage! The girl who stayed at the reception, Tatsiana, (and her manager too) propose us to have the night free and stay in that bad apartment, and also they will give us a voucher from 200 CROWN (exactly 8 euros) so on we could spend it for a dinner in the terrace with a special sit to admire the view! For what? If we’ve accepted, where we’ve to sleep? Certainly not in that dirty apartment! Obviously we said no and reject her propose (you can’t buy people with money or offer them a voucher from 200 crowns, when they are telling you that don’t have a place to overnight stay!) Over that, she told us that she was already called others hotels looking for a room, but they were all full! And also their sisterhood hotel and their presidential rooms was full! That’s no possibile! There are so many hotels near by Old Town Square! And a real hotel can’t be full on a Monday in February! Hotels always have a spare rooms! After 30/40 minutes a man come to us telling that they found a room in another hotel who was 2 minutes from “Hotel U Prince”! Weren’t it all full?! It was 10 p.m and we were really mad, tired and we couldn’t enjoy our last night in Prague! Leave and learn. I will never recommend this hotel.

Extremely disappointed for a 5 star hotel. It was our second visit to Prague as a couple. We usually travel across Europe several times a year for these occasions. We took a junior suite: deplorable soundproofing, hair in the bathroom, dirty bathtub drain The breakfast is not up to par: fruit juice extra, espresso coffee extra, 2 or 3 varieties of tea in low-end bags, the dining tables are not cleaned as you go. In the breakfast room, some of the staff are not attentive and spend their time ”giggling” leaning 2 or 3 people on the cutlery unit. The vacuum cleaner was done at breakfast time. Only one size of pillow available, these are back pillows, extremely decorative but not very comfortable for sleeping, and if you ask, no other size is possible. Some broken furniture. This spoils an exceptional room, despite everything pleasant staff and a privileged location. In short, for a 3 star Ibis, I would have said excellent, for a 5 star this is not admissible. We won't come back.

An extraordinary special experience. Stay in the most central and beautiful location that gives an exciting sense of belonging to the history of the wonderful city. The unit we got was huge on every scale, foyer, 2 huge rooms, seating finch and dining area. Very high ceiling with stunning chandelier chandeliers. Very spacious toilets. And everything is equipped clean and authentic. Adjacent there is a fully equipped and perfect kitchen, as well as an impressive dining room. The view of the Old Town Square and the astronomical clock is stunning. The room is completely isolated from noise, and the hustle and bustle of the square and the clock is not noticeable. Moving to a room through the restaurant is not a problem, and the company in the restaurant were very friendly and nice. The need to check in at the nearby hotel is simple and easy, and the hotel staff is available to help and very professional and nice. In short - highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is very good, just in the city center, within walking distance of major famous attractions, that is, there are too few breakfast varieties. There is no parking place, so I parked in the parking lot to walk to the hotel (understandable but not very convenient). When I checked in, I found that the last guest cooked instant noodles in a kettle, and the residue was not washed. I hated such guests very much. The hotel did not clean up. After checking out, I found that the bill was wrong, but fortunately the refund was after the email communication.

Hotel has road access, making it convenient for airport transfer and Uber (because Old Town Square is pedestrian zone, not all hotels around there can be accessed by car). The room is spacious and very clean. There is Nespresso machine and kettle in the room. Breakfast is served in a beautiful library with view of the Tyn Church. Good selection of juices, hams, sausages, bacon, cheese, breads, pastries, cereals and fruits. Tip : Deluxe room # 35 is a corner room with view of both the Tyn Church and Old Town Square.

The consistent style of the four seasons is quite satisfactory, no big mistakes and no big joys. The service is also very good. Also received chocolates. There are almost no people in the spa pool, so I went to a private room. The only problem is that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign... and was interrupted many times: cleaning, checking the minibar, refilling the minibar, turning down the bed... a bit annoying... and many others. The doormen greeted each other warmly. It is useless to evaluate foreign hotels here. don't give me feedback either...

We stayed here 2 nights on our way to Croatia by car. The room was big and suitable for all 4 (2 adults and 2 daughters 16&19). We made a very late booking and also had a ferry delay but the staff made all the arrangements for a smooth late checkin and also the parking for the car. The hotel is centrally located with walking distance to the center. Would absolutely recommend the hotel, especially for the serviceminded staff.

We spent a week here. The exterior of the hotel is reminiscent of the communist era, but the interior of the hotel will make you forget it quickly, so don't be intimidated by the hotel's exterior. The room was clean and very big, the interior was very nice and comfortable. We checked into this hotel with a Firefly voucher at a very reasonable price. The voucher includes hotel breakfast. For a 3-star hotel, this choice is very correct, so we are symmetrically satisfied. The waiter's service is also very good, our check-in and check-out procedures are very fast. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. One night we decided to try to finish our meal a la carte in the hotel restaurant and we were really amazed by the quality of the meal and the quality of the food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food is delicious. We had the best risotto in all of Prague. Recommend everyone to try it.

So far not impressed with this hotel. Upon check in, clerks were not helpful at all. Traveling as a couple and given a room with single beds. Asked if we could have a single larger bed the response was “ call house keeping and see if they can move the beds together.” Then got to the room and realize the beds are attached to the wall with a permanent night stand in between. Next, wanted to order from room service. The “app” which is just a link to a website, will NOT load, so we literally cannot order from the “online room service” — the only option to order. Tried to connect with the computer, and that didn’t work either. Also was told their is a fridge in the room and you can order items to stock it. Again app won’t load. Also no fridge in room. Wi-Fi is also very week. Zoom business call kept disconnecting. Only given one pillow per bed. Called down to front desk and requested two more. Was told housekeeping would bring them. And hour later, called again since no pillows arrived. We were told housekeeping is closed and they can only take requests in the morning. (This was all before 10 pm.) Looking for other hotel options for the remainder of our stay.

Stayed at the Praha 5 with my husband and two sons plus their girlfriends (all in their 20s). We were all impressed with the wide comfortable beds, the stylish bathrooms and the friendly service. (I was there on my birthday and they marked it with birthday cake and towel sculptures :-)). The breakfast was tasty too and the hotel was very clean. This area of Prague is a 25 minute walk from the Petrin Tower, but very close to a good shopping area, and eating out around here is relatively cheap.

On the last night of the Czech Republic, I decided to set up a high-end hotel. The interior environment is good, clean and tidy. This is the only hotel in the Czech Republic that has prepared slippers. Hahaha... The front desk is also super good. We will prepare the map for us and help us set the next day. The taxi to the airport is regrettable because there is no calculation time and no early breakfast.

Fantastic four night stay. The hotel is perfectly situated right in the heart of the old city. While the area gets touristy the hotel’s location means quick access to the other side of the river, the Jewish Quarter and other areas. The hotel was beautiful and my room was large and nicely furnished. I did face the street but the noise was nothing unusual for a large city. The room was very clean. The bedding and pillows were just right. The staff were fantastic and very helpful from arranging laundry service to providing restaurant recommendations to help finding city guides. The breakfast was so-so and could use some improvements but there was bread, cheese, and coffee when I needed it. I tended to go to a place around the corner that had fantastic coffee and breakfast. I will definitely stay here again when next in Prague.

It's hard to find. Generally, taxis are not available. The roads in Europe's small alleys are hard to pull the suitcase. The hand shakes to find a similar back door. The doorbell does not respond. After several calls, someone opens the door. The kind of reception is all self-help, there is no elevator upstairs, but the service staff will help you with your luggage. The room is really small, the two girls have no space to open the suitcase, the price is not cheap, the matching towels and towels have been broken and still used, but I have prepared a towel. The bathroom shower head on the second floor could not be stuck. Fortunately, the hot water was barely bathing. Outside the fat cat restaurant, it was very noisy at night, it was not until two o'clock in the middle of the night to collect the stalls, sleep test whether you are tired enough to sleep. Fortunately, a few minutes away from the Old Town Square, there are souvenir shops nearby, locals generally do not recommend to live here, prices are higher than other parts of Prague. Breakfast is to go to a few hundred meters away to navigate to the Italian restaurant of pepper corn, which is the standard for ordinary European breakfast. Road idiots still suggest to find a better place. There will be no good place under eight or nine hundred, one point. Money is worth it.

When I booked, I said that there was no window, and I accidentally gave a room with a window. There is no elevator. When you check in, the front desk will help you to get on the third floor. Check out yourself and go downstairs. Everything else is fine. The front desk can help with booking Taxi and luggage.

Advantages: The location is just opposite the Astronomical Clock. The decoration was not bad, giving a discount card for 15% of the three restaurants downstairs. Disadvantages: Very fatal flaws are particularly noisy! ! ! My friend and I lived on the second floor 220 on April 20th. Every night, people were very loud and noisy, talking, the sound of pedestrians passing by on the street, the crash of the dishes downstairs, and the conversations on the terrace. It is clear that even the smell of the restaurant downstairs can be smelled. There was no sound insulation in the window. We didn’t fall asleep until two o'clock in the night. We could only go downstairs to find the front desk staff. The hotel staff knew that there were frequent complaints from the guests, but we did not fulfill any obligation to inform before we booked and checked in. In the face of our complaints, the staff did not find the source of the noise and did not take any other measures. Just provided us with earplugs. We asked for a change of room and did not receive a response. As a hotel, the most basic function is to provide guests with a quiet and comfortable sleeping environment. However, the experience of staying at this hotel is very poor. My friends and I have not slept almost all night, and we have to catch the train early the next morning. It leads to our physical and mental fatigue. We don't know if there is such a situation in this room where we only live or in every room, but in our experience, it is highly recommended that you set this hotel!
