The location of this apartment was perfect! Very close to the old town and could easily walk everywhere. It was about a 15 minute drive to the zoo which was amazing! The room was very spacious and clean but a little dated and could do with a slight freshen up. The bed was two singles pushed together when a double was requested and only 1 pillow each. Overall, was happy with the stay and would go back again.

I wanted a place that was centrally located so I could walk around for most of my visit. Residence Bene was exactly what I was looking for. Not only was it in a central location, the breakfast they served was good. They offered a good selection of food including a couple of hot options. I didn't interact with the staff much, but when I did, they were very friendly. There is a small bar that is open in the evening, but I didn't use it so I can't say anything about it. The room was a nice size and clean. They use actual keys for the rooms which are also used to turn on the electricity for the room. It was great because I always knew where I left my key. The bed was firm, but I prefer my bed that way so I slept very well. You could hear a bit of noise from the hallway, but overall, I found it quiet enough I was able to fall asleep without the use of ear plugs. They do have quiet hours and I found that people typically followed the rules. All in all, I would stay here again the next time I come to Prague.

Amazing hotel - clean, quiet, well-appointed, and friendly staff! The front desk will help you navigate walking itineraries, tours and restaurants (Food Lab and Lokál were excellent food recommendations) - they are incredibly knowledgeable! Also, the hotel is in a great location for walking - within a mile is Charles Bridge, Old Town, etc. Additionally, the room comes with the most scrumptious buffet breakfast and delicious bottle of Tinto red wine 🍷! Thanks for a magical stay. We look forward to returning!

The hotel is located a stone's throw from the center, you can reach all the stops on foot. Then you also have stations nearby in case you don't want to walk that far. Varied breakfast, kind and friendly staff. The room was always in perfect condition every day

Our stay was adequate. The location was great however the apartment was extremely hot with no a/c and only two fans provided for three bedrooms. The bathroom was fine however the shower drain was clogged and you had to turn the water off while showering to allow it to drain. The same went for one of the bathroom sinks. In our apartment on the 4th floor the only sitting area was in one of the bedrooms, which was not good for a group of friends. They do not supply wash cloths nor was there any body soap supplied. If location is what you are looking for you won’t be disappointed. If you want comfort, this is not the place.
Metropolitan Old Town Hotel - Czech Leading Hotels

One night in a single room of 700, but the size and facilities are not worth the price, the only advantage is that the breakfast is very rich. The rooms are small, the soundproofing is very poor, the old wooden doors and metal keys are used, the overall facilities are old, even if it is 500 nights, I feel expensive, but the location is better, and the Charles Bridge in the Old Town Square is still Nearly, but this advantage can be replaced by other hotels. In short, the single room of this hotel is not worth 700 nights, and it is very inconsistent with the picture given by the hotel. The bed is very small and very short. The whole room is under the table and behind the door. Two jacks are also very inconvenient and are not recommended.
