Best Hotels in Praia do Leste

i had given a excellent review of this hotel in 2021. Well, however things are very different in August 2023. I stayed here on night of 23 August/morning of 24 August 2023. The clerk who signed me in did not speak a single word of English or Spanish. I want to ask his bosses - How can you employ a person to work on hotel front desk without a single word of Spanish or English? Please tell me? The clerk took 40 minutes to check me in at 0230 in the morning. He did not have any sympathy for me that I may be tired. He did not have training how to check in. There was no hot water in shower. The internet was not working. I had to use hot spot of my cellphone from home country to send business emails. The room had a mold smell. --- I do not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. I will not be returning here.

I stayed with my family at the weekend, the hotel has a good structure, the rooms are good, with good beds, great shower, I stayed in the triple stand, it is not very big the room, to stay in 4 people for just one night OK, The pools are great, I just thought the game room could be a little better preserved, a new tennis table kit, and maintenance in Pebolin would be welcome. But in general, the hotel has met the expectations, breakfast is good, and offers a variety of products.

Good service, good room, there are some problems: the box is leaking and the air conditioning control is not working. I was having trouble paying the daily fee that was deducted by Trip.com, and I charged the fee again at the hotel and promised to refund the payment through the app. The reversal didn't happen. I didn't experience an ordeal until I got a refund. Camboa Hotel didn't pay attention. They only contacted once by phone and didn't bother to answer or locate themselves in the negotiation place via email. Disappointed with the service to resolve the double charge (I received a refund a week later).

The hotel is located near the beach, a very nice breakfast, very varied, I liked it very much, cleaning is excellent, staff family are all careful. The room I had was very hot, and the air did not count on the freezing, even at the minimum temperature, should make maintenance in it to improve it, pq ends q pulls a lot of energy air without maintenance, turning a waste of energy to the hostel, pq makes us place at least always and yet not the dam giving!! The shower comes out very hot water, to get to burn your skin, even being in the choice of dark water, I finished taking cold bath even, but taking cold bath all day tb is not legal, pq had a day that was cloud, despite the room being hot, the bathroom had a more amenor temperature, so a brown water would fall well, but by sweating doesn't give and much less frozen water rs, they should see that lance of this unbalanced water from that shower, I found it bad!
