Great hotel with a view and the staff was excellent. They were very homely and accommodating. Will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to Amalfi.

Love this hotel love the room most staff are friendly except for a particular receptionist who is of no patience. Would want to be back again!

We absolutely loved this hotel and wished we stayed longer. After Hotel Margherita, we carried on to Positano, where we stayed for one night, but we wish we stayed in Praiano longer as it was in our opinion better than Positano. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, clean and had beautiful rooms. The breakfast was amazing and staff of both restaurant and front desk were the nicest we ever experienced. Thank you all for such a great time!

Very bad! The facilities are equivalent to domestic express hotels, but at a 5-star price! The location is in a very remote place, and it is very inconvenient to travel. There is nothing to eat or play, and the swimming pool is only a few meters long!

Great hotel, great pool, very polite staff, spotless room. Very comfortable bed, delicious bedding. Perfect breakfast!!

I have been following this hotel for years now and finally got to visit. Was an amazing experience! I could not be happier with our stay. Even before we arrived, hotel staff answered all my questions and set up private transfers to and from the hotel. Our room was beautiful and the views are amazing. We thought this would be a one time visit to the Amalfi coast, but after our stay, we would love to come back one day.

I had a great time at the Hotel Margherita. Their service in every area was second to none. The breakfast was outstanding. The view was just like you would see in a postcard or magazine. They also took us where we needed to in Praiano and help us with the bus schedule to get to Positano and Amalfi. I cannot wait to go again.

We booked this hotel as a result of the reviews on TripAdvisor and our experience exceeded are already high expectations! The owners are always on site. Suela shared with us the history of her family's enterprise and said that it is a primary goal to have all guests feel like family. We stayed 5 days and could have stayed many more....literally every member of the staff exuded this "family welcome" that is so important to the family legacy. The free shuttle to parts of Praiano where we could walk/stroll was extremely convenient. The breakfast is ample and delicious. The views are breathtaking. The restaurant on the upper terrace is excellent. We were so grateful that we chose to stay in Praiano... away from the crazy crowds in Positano and Amalfi; but still easily accessible if desired. We had a day trip to Capri and Positano. I hiked the Path of the Gods from the hotel. A challenging hike for the steps but the views are superb. This was in every way a very special 5 days to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We would come back here in a flash....

It’s difficult to find all the words to describe how wonderful our stay at Hotel Margherita was. It was as if we landed in a basket full of angels. Every member of the staff was so kind and caring and would go above and beyond to make sure we were having the vacation of a lifetime. But the owner, Suela, is someone not of this world. She would go out of her way to find special surprises for us on a daily basis. My husband was still recovering from chemotherapy and was less mobile than we’d hoped he’d be for the rugged Amalfi Coast but Suela found ways for us to enjoy everything. The hotel itself is stunning. The rooms are perfect. The breakfast is fantastic. The restaurant is one of the best in Praiano, which is saying something because Praiano has a lot of fantastic restaurants! We are already planning our next visit back to Hotel Margherita.

Blown away how great this hotel was! From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. The lobby is gorgeous, and so are the rooms, but the views took our breath away. And the pool area was perfect. If you need anything, just ask the front desk and they will arrange it. We weren’t sure what to do for lunch, and just wanted to lounge by the pool for the afternoon, so the staff whipped up some delicious sandwiches and delivered them to us poolside. There is also a free shuttle you can use to get around town, but Praiano is so small, it was so much more fun to just walk and take it all in.

Excellent hotel , clean rooms and great breakfast along with friendly and attentive staff.. Situated on a beautiful piece of the mountain with breathtaking views! Great pool areas with sunbeds Would most definitely return one day! Thank you!!

Bianca and Carla are wonderful and provided a fantastic breakfast every morning. Even though we did not have a dinner reservation and the restaurant was booked full, the staff provided us with a dinner time to help us avoid going out in the rain. We had a great dinner at Mama's restaurant. The owner, Suela, provided several choices and suggestions for travel to local areas and things to see and do. We could not have enjoyed our stay so much without the wonderful staff at Hotel Margherita.

A dreamy hotel if you want to escape the Amalfi crowds! Beautiful vistas from a romantic terrace, comfy bed, kind & helpful staff, fantastic breakfast & a courtesy bus that was very much appreciated! Hospitality at its best!
