The hotel is in the best location od Pretoria, connected with many restaurants, shops. It is new, beautiful and in the new area of Pretoria. The personal is all so friendly and helpful. Our room is very big, nice and comfortable.

After moving rooms because the air conditioning didn't work we pulled back the sheets of the room to find a dirty toenail in the sheets. We went and told the front desk on our way out to our show expecting them to at least remake the bed while we were out which they didn't bother to do and we never heard from the hotel management again.

Very nice staff and services by all standards! Amazing view at night! The restaurants that provide food service are also very good, giving a variety of options for food and drinks.

I especially liked the natural lighting and the fact that everything from the bathroom to the linens was well maintained. The location is a major advantage. It’s close to key transport options and within easy reach of restaurants and shops, which made it convenient to move around. The hotel amenities were also useful, particularly the breakfast service and common areas where one can relax or work. What I liked best was the friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the room. What I liked least was that at certain hours, common areas could get a bit busy, but this did not significantly affect my stay. Tips for future guests: If you’re traveling for work or events, this is a reliable and comfortable option. Try to confirm your booking details in advance during peak travel periods to avoid delays at arrival.

The architecture of the hotel and the other buildings within the complex is exquisite. The room was great nicely laid out and the chance to open the window to allow fresh air is so nice. Proximity to business places (restaurants, shops and entertainment facilities) imply you virtually have all your needs covered. The hotel is a great place to stay

It is surely a good hotel, in a quiet district close to a mall with plenty of bars and restaurants. Breakfast is good but everyday the same thing. Check out procedures were a bit clumsy

The Capital in Pretoria remains my favourite place to stay. The rooms are comfortable, parking is easy, breakfast is solid, and the team is consistently friendly and available. Its location inside a small compound is the real advantage: a convenient mall, a surprisingly good wine cellar, and plenty of restaurants just steps away. The gym is very small, but for longer stays I recommend the nearby Virgin Active with a short-term subscription — it’s excellent. The hotel is also close to Menlyn Mall, though I wouldn’t walk there in the evening. The only serious issue is the internet. It has not improved, and it’s the one thing that truly needs attention. Everything else makes the stay effortless.

very lovely facility and convenient complex with related and easily accessible amenities and shopping facility. Staff are cordial and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lighting in the room was not as bright as i would have liked. Overall, excellent facility
