Room was wonderful Price was right, but we only could stay one night. best hotel bed ever! Fun place, hotel was busy while we were there. We will definitely stay again!

Everything ok until 8.30 am house keeper is nocking the door and try hard to open the door. I got up and asked him what’s going on? He said are you checking out? Really!! I can stay until 12pm not 8.30 am!!! It’s very bad experience and i don’t feel safe.

Check-In was slow. There was a problem with the reservation and they blamed ******* but I did have the ******* guarantee number. The pool and hot tub though advertised on their website were not available as they said it was not in season. Many lights in room did not work. Sink clogged room phone not working. There was an issue in the hallway outside our room of people fighting. We were unable to call the desk or get security. They continued this behavior off and on throughout the night. To leave our hotel room we would have to have confronted this group.

No fridge in rooms, no cold water from taps, everything smelled like cigarette smoke, and pretty sure there was poop on my sheets

The property listed Primadonna at Primm in a nice location with a few restaurants and things to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the TV and A/C worked as well. A refrigerator can be installed upon request. We will stay in primm again.
