"Hotel was in a great location in jiefangbei which was walkable to attractions like hongyadong and raffles city, and a short ride away to others. The rooms were clean and well kept, and housekeeping was available daily. The beds and pillows provided were one of the more comfy ones I’ve experienced, even comparing to big chain hotels. The receptionist (weixing 卫星) was really friendly and thoughtful, greeted us with a smile when we arrived at 3am, helped us with receiving packages, providing iced drinks and always available for a friendly chat. A real value for money and would recommend this time anyone visiting chongqing!"

"Our stay at the hotel was a really great experience. The spectacular views, convenient location, friendly and helpful staff made us really enjoy ourselves. The hotel is right next to the most vibrant locations in the city and is easy to reach. As english speakers we had no issue communicating with the staff which was friendly and kind. The room had everything we needed and it was hard leaving the great views behind and moving on."

"I stayed at Indition Hotel in Chongqing and overall had a great experience. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The view was slightly disappointing though — I couldn’t see the famous glowing houses I was hoping for, and I was told all other rooms were fully booked. That said, the view was still impressive since I was on the 37th floor, very high up, and you could see far with little to no buildings blocking the view. The hallways actually looked even better than those at the Birkin and Iseya Hotels, which are located in the same building. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay — just wish the view had been a bit more iconic."

"During my recent trip to Chongqing, I stayed at the Chongqing Yanyu Sky Mirror Art Hotel and had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it to everyone. The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated on the 38th floor of Panda Mansion, 228 Zhongxing Road, Yuzhong District. It's just a 390-meter walk (about 6 minutes) from Exit 5 of Jiaochangkou Metro Station. Jiefangbei is only about a 10-minute walk away, and popular attractions like Hongya Cave, Yangtze River Cableway, and Qianximen Bridge are all within approximately a 7-minute drive, making transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel features a distinctive and artistic design. They offer a wide variety of room types, including unique options like the Cave Party Pool Suite. The decor is minimalist and stylish, and each room comes with large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering panoramic views of the 'Mountain City'. My room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with impeccable housekeeping. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and both the mattress and pillows ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel also offers excellent facilities. The rooftop terrace is an an absolute highlight for enjoying the city's night views and the Yangtze River, especially with Chongqing's famous night skyline – it's simply unbeatable. Additionally, the hotel provides complimentary breakfast, free luggage storage, and other services. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and highly responsible. Any issues I encountered during my stay were promptly resolved by them, reflecting their excellent service attitude. Overall, the Chongqing Yanyu Sky Mirror Art Hotel offers excellent value for money. It's a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers. I'll definitely be back for my next business trip to Chongqing."

"I just stayed there for a few nights in October and I truly had an amazing experience. The location was great since it was right across from Raffles City and in the heart of jiefangbei. A subway station is right outside the building doors. Room was exactly as pictured and beautiful. What made the stay the best of my travels in awhile was the service. Everyone was so helpful and warm. They went out of their way to help and make it pleasant. I left my headphones in a spa in the building after I checked out and they were able to get to back to me. Top tier"

"As an adventurous solo traveller, Chongqing is the first city I visit for my very first time visiting Mainland China...and Futon hotel is definitely a memorable stay. Unbeknownst to the hotel management, the day I checked into the hotel, I had problem with my Alipay and literally did not have any money on my very first day in China. And the hotel did not know that without them realising, their hospitality and amenities the hotel provided actually ease my worries during that 24 hour ordeal. The payment process were all prebooked online, it was smooth and the moment I came into the lobby, they provided me cold tea and plum (which was at that time, LITERALLY the only food I ate that morning) and used their existing coupon for afternoon tea (which was LITERALLLY my only meal that whole day) where thanks to their afternoon tea coupon, I got to eat complimentary cake and tea that afternoon which INCREDIBLY lifted my mood, I almost given up on my vacation because of the Alipay but then again, without the hotel even knowing my troubles, I received wechat info of the management upgrading my private hotspring room into their best and most spacious suite since I'm their first visitor from Brunei Darussalam. I was very touched by their hospitality, honestly. The prepaid breakfast was a lifesaver, I was able to eat the next day before finally able to get my Alipay restrictions lifted. Honestly, Futon hotel gave me HOPE that it's worth staying a couple more days in China incase Alipay able to resolve my payment issue. Futon hotel unknowingly gave me emotional safety and comfort during that 24 hour ordeal. Thankfully by the 2nd day, I am able to make payments. and the cherry on top for this incredible hotel? I got a gift bag from them during my checkout, I will cherish my very memorable stay at Futon despite the troubles I had during that first 24 hour in China. I made a good call to choose this hotel, they unknowingly helped me during my troubled day. Thank you Futon hotel, I wish you the best in your bussiness. Keep on maintaining that great hospitality and the amenities you have, you have unknowingly helped a troubled solo traveller that day. Now I am already a week in China when I post this review and stayed at different hotels, I still cherish the memories I had in Futon hotel. "I had a wonderful experience at the INDITION. The location was perfect and very close to everything I wanted to see and do, which made getting around really convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere overall was very welcoming. A special shoutout to DiDi, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I’d definitely recommend booking this hotel if you’re visiting the area."

"We arrived at the hotel and received a wonderfully warm welcome from Mr. Allen Fung. He even added me on WeChat for easy communication, which was a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, when I entered the room, the light tube flickered in an unsettling way. Mr. Fung immediately sought out a technician to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, they were unable to fix it. In a gesture of genuine concern, he upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. What stood out to me even more was how Mr. Fung personally helped us move our luggage to the new room. He consistently checked in on us throughout our stay until we checked out, making sure we were comfortable. This level of attentiveness and care made our experience memorable, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel services I've encountered during my travels. "I was visiting Baixiang Street for a photoshoot with a Republic of China-era theme when I first spotted a sign for this place. Later, I came across it again and was immediately captivated by its exterior. Upon entering, you're greeted by massive floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views. It's truly where the 'mountain city' and 'fog city' identities come to life, embodying Chongqing's inherent tranquility and comfort. Further inside, the grey brick walls seamlessly match the overall aesthetic of Baixiang Street, creating a fantastic atmosphere. Below, there's a charming courtyard perfect for enjoying a cup of tea, with captivating views of Nanbin Road across the river. The skyline of high-rises and the misty river surface create a truly atmospheric and beautiful scene. I found a cozy spot, ordered a drink, and simply sat there, quietly taking it all in. It filled me with an incredible sense of calm. Our room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally comfortable. It featured beautiful wooden beams on the ceiling and an incredibly soft bed that provided a truly restorative sleep. The room also boasted a large window, a generous balcony, and a big bathtub. You could step outside to soak in the external views. I spent a long time sitting by the window, watching the lively city traffic, and felt as though I had truly immersed myself in Chongqing. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming. I had a feeling he was a retired soldier, and it turned out I was right! He was efficient in everything and proactively checked in on our needs, making sure we were well taken care of. It truly felt like a home away from home. We didn't have any specific plans; we just casually explored, and whenever we felt tired, we'd head back to the courtyard to relax. When it was time to leave, I felt a little reluctant. There are also plenty of fantastic local eateries nearby; the pig's trotters soup was delicious, and the Jianghu cuisine was amazing. As a souvenir, I took one of the hotel's wooden combs, branded with their logo. I imagine every time I use it, I'll be reminded of my wonderful time at Yuwu. I truly believe that the next time I visit Baixiang Street, I will absolutely choose to stay at Yuwu again."

"My hotel stay this time was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me warmly. Check-in was swift and efficient, and they even proactively offered a room upgrade, which instantly made a great impression. The room was sparkling clean and bright, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable – lying down felt like sinking into a cloud. The bathroom was thoughtfully designed with separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries were of excellent quality. The hotel's location is also superb, with food streets, shopping malls, and attractions all within easy reach, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The gym is well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel; I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip!"
