"We are a family of 5 and it is our first time staying in a homestay in Shenzhen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that comes with a pool in the apartment.The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room does not have any fridge or kettle but there is a shared kitchen just right outside the room. The service is good. When we reached the homestay at 3 am, the homestay staff woke up to help us carry our luggage to our room. The room is clean and towels are changed daily. It is easy to find food near the homestay. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It is near to dongmen underground shopping. We will definitely return when we visit Shenzhen."

"The location is not convenient if you want to walk to restaurants, shops or attractions. A 10min cab ride will take you to the nearby mall. The rooms are large but strangely lacking sufficient amenities. For example, ours had a large kitchen with limited crockery and cutlery and there’s only one toilet."

I loved the little extras included in the price such as the afternoon tea set, the daily dessert soups and breakfast. The complimentary shuttle bus service was also a great convenience to get around. My room was stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and featuring a private pool with breathtaking views. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the beach and the ancient city, whilst still being a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable getaway!"

There are two automatic mahjong machines, as well as American pool tables and other entertainment equipment and facilities. You can also have a barbecue in the big yard near the lake in the evening~ It is very close to Dameisha Beach 🏖 and can be reached on foot from the villa."

"Very comfortable! The three-bedroom unit was quite spacious, equipped with a dining table, a large refrigerator, a washing machine, and a dryer, making daily life very convenient. Individual air conditioning units were installed in the living area and every room, and the cooling was powerful. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and items were slow to be replenished. On weekends, if you went late, there was usually no place to sit and hardly any food left. Whatever you do, *avoid* the swimming pool! They call it an 'ecological pool,' but it wasn't just filled with fish; there was fish waste everywhere, and it absolutely reeked of fish poop."
