"The family activities here are absolutely top-notch, offering a ton of outdoor experiences like tree climbing and surfing. The staff are incredibly patient and engaging with the kids, unlike the superficial craft activities you often find at other hotels. Kim's excellent service deserves full marks; she replied to my messages instantly. Based on these two points, I'm giving a full 5-star rating. The hotel really needs to update its hardware, though. The outdated LeTV and non-smart toilet somewhat detracted from the overall stay experience. Plus, most hotels nowadays offer robot room service. And finally, the breakfast, for a hotel in this price range, isn't particularly outstanding."

"This hotel was our first stop on our East Coast Hainan island tour, and it didn't disappoint. The service was excellent, especially our butler, Mile. He contacted us two days in advance to ask about our preferences, sent us menus, arranged our room, and even turned on the dehumidifier before we arrived. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. Our room had a direct ocean view, perfect for watching both sunrises and moonrises. The balcony was very spacious and sunny, the air conditioning worked great, and the sheets were clean. The lobby has a fantastic, grand design. Watching the sunrise from the beach was also breathtaking."

"The guesthouse is located in the countryside of Liji Town, Wanning. Although the location is a bit remote, it's only a 10-minute electric scooter ride to Shimei Bay beach. The owner is friendly and sincere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, and have smart toilets. The owner offers golf cart pick-up and drop-off within 2 kilometers until 9 pm, which is very nice and completely makes up for the location's shortcomings. The guesthouse environment is particularly comfortable, facing south. I stayed for 5 days, and every day was a beautiful day! The breakfast was exquisite, fresh, and nutritionally complete! "Our Arika experience was absolutely fantastic! The standalone design offers complete privacy, and even after a heavy rain, the courtyard and rock pool remained spotless. It felt so serene and cozy. On the shuttle bus to the beach, we often saw fireworks lighting up the waves – incredibly romantic! The complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea included with the room were substantial and beautifully presented. The hotel amenities are incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive; they have everything. Adults can enjoy yoga classes, paddleboarding in the pool, and kayaking, while kids can participate in activities like beachcombing and craft classes. The childcare service was a huge relief! The hotel offers a wide range of activities, and the complimentary photoshoot captured all the popular Instagram spots. Our butler, Emily, truly went above and beyond, always thinking of our needs. This is definitely the top choice for a vacation in Hainan Riyue Bay!"
