"I booked this hotel online because it had just opened. After staying there, I found that the facilities and amenities were indeed quite new, which is commendable.
I booked a river-view room, but during my check-in, I spoke with the front desk two or three times. There was absolutely no river view from the room. I mentioned it to a taxi driver, who said there was just a ditch outside, no river view whatsoever. Furthermore, you couldn't see anything out of the room unless you pressed your face against the window and looked towards the far right edge to see a sliver of water. In conclusion, there was absolutely no need to book a so-called river-view room.
The hotel didn't offer breakfast or car rental service. It wasn't far from the old town, but taxis were very expensive during the Spring Festival, and public transportation was unreliable. The hotel's tissues and toilet paper were a bit rough, and the sheets had many wrinkles; I don't know why, but they weren't very comfortable to lie on. The door didn't have a security lock, but luckily I brought my own alarm. The hotel's toothbrushes were sparse and very soft."
