"My experience at the Angsana Zhuhai Hengqin was really excellent! The staff members are really friendly and helpful during my entire stay at this hotel, especially for a front desk staff Snowy, she was really nice and polite, and really helped us a lot! The resort was equipped with nice restaurants, facilities like the pool and gym which is excellent for the vacation. This is my second time staying with the brand Angsana, and first time in China! I will definitely recommend this hotel and the Angsana brand to my family and friends!!!"

"We were so lucky to have met Queena , who was very helpful n friendly and efficient. She upgraded us to a duplex with our own pool facing the sea , our first ever. We were all so happy n excited to stay in that room. The Shadow Bar was very nice with a super night view of the sea n harbour. She also helped us with a small problem in the gym and also called a taxi for us when we had trouble getting one after checking out. A very beautiful resort for couples n family. Highly recommended n will surely come again. Appreciate it , Queena."

"First time staying here, and I'm very satisfied! The hotel's location is excellent – a hidden gem in the city. Compared to other Banyan Tree properties, it's very close to the downtown area, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, like a secret oasis. As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are top-notch, and the professionalism of the front office staff doesn't feel like they've just opened. Btw, the staff uniforms are also really nice, and the front desk staff are quite good-looking, haha! The Banyan Tree SPA lives up to its reputation, and the ocean views from the rooms are superb. I've added it to my favorites list and will definitely recommend it to friends and family!"

"The room is quite large, but because it is an indoor hot spring pool, it is quite humid and some facilities are a bit old. It feels good to have a hot spring in the room, and it feels good to be able to soak in the hot spring at night. The service staff is very proactive and enthusiastic. There are not many people in the two days I came to play, and many public pools can be enjoyed alone, and the scenery is also very good."

"The owner is friendly, the housekeeper is responsible, and provides travel itineraries attentively. The villa is large and comfortable, and the price is reasonable. It is suitable for family and friends to get together for many activities. There are free game consoles, electric mahjong, and karaoke speakers. There are just no restaurants nearby. You have to call a car to go out for 20 minutes. There are many restaurant choices in large malls. Overall, I am very satisfied and will come again next time."

"Good experience, during the National Day, Zhuhai travel is not very far from Chimelong, you can also go to Macau to play in Hengqin, the facilities are perfect, late check-out due to the car, the front desk did not say anything, but also let me rest in the room without a hurry, the experience is very perfect, like a like [strong]"

"The room is very clean, new and comfortable. Free parking, just park outside on the first floor. Close to Hengqin Port, Chimelong and Lionsgate Entertainment World. Lanzhou ramen and stir-fried dishes downstairs are good, but the portions are small and the prices are high."

"We happened to arrive during a rain spell, and I thought we'd be cooped up in the room for three days. To my pleasant surprise, though, the very next day was gloriously sunny! What luck! The room itself was decent enough. My only minor complaint was the infrared sensor, which frequently turned off the lights automatically – a bit annoying. We requested a dehumidifier from room service, which quickly sorted out the humidity issue. Our room offered an expansive view of the endless ocean. The food, however, was a bit of a letdown – quite bland, to be honest, haha. I do hope the restaurant considers adding more local specialties to their menu. Our children absolutely loved the kids' club and the pool; they had so much fun they didn't want to leave! I heard that the Haitao area isn't fully developed yet. Hopefully, it will be complete by our next visit. Unfortunately, a typhoon had passed through two days before our arrival, washing a lot of trash ashore. It hadn't been fully cleared yet, and there were sharp objects like broken glass, so I'd strongly advise both kids and adults to wear shoes if they plan to walk on the beach. Definitely take the island tour if you get the chance! Time truly felt like it stood still there. I'm sure a week-long stay here would be utterly blissful.
