"The villa's facilities are excellent. The living room on the first floor, with its lighting and furnishings, creates a very warm, home-like atmosphere. The only minor issue is that the butler team is newly formed, so their service coordination still needs some fine-tuning. Things like linen changes and cleaning weren't as smooth or prompt as they could be. However, these are minor points that don't overshadow the overall experience. The Chunlin hot springs were very comfortable, and the breakfast was great, even featuring some authentic Guangzhou-style dishes. Any issues we had were handled very well. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance."

"The two days spent at Yinlan Baishe on Qi'ao Island in Zhuhai were simply a healing journey! This pure white house is like an isolated fairy tale cottage, hidden in a quiet corner of Qi'ao Island. You can see the greenery when you open the window, and there is only the sound of the gentle wind in your ears, which completely isolates you from the outside world. I was irritable and wanted to find a quiet place to retreat, but I didn't expect surprises one after another - the thoughtful butler took the initiative to help me upgrade to a larger room, and the spacious and bright space made me relax instantly. What touched me most was the butler's super thoughtful service, which was always available at any time for any needs, meticulous and heartwarming! The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and I can sleep peacefully every night. After two days, my body and mind have been thoroughly stretched. I will definitely come back to such a treasure place if I have the chance!"

"Our stay at Ocean Hot Spring Hotel was absolutely fantastic, I have to give it a super high rating! The environment is great, and the hotel staff upgraded our room during check-in. The room even has its own hot spring tub! We had the option to use the public pools on the first floor, the sky-high hot springs on the fourth floor, or simply enjoy a private soak in our room – it was truly wonderful. The service was incredibly attentive too; the staff were warm and thoughtful. The bellhops proactively helped with our luggage and meticulously explained the features of each hot spring pool. While we were enjoying the hot springs, they frequently came by to ask if we needed towels or tea, which made us feel exceptionally cared for. The facilities were also very comprehensive. This hot spring hotel experience completely exceeded my expectations; it was a truly unforgettable and comfortable trip. The infinity pool, Anlu Academy, and the delicious food at the Lu Chinese Restaurant are all delightful surprises – a true secluded paradise! 🌊 I must especially commend the front desk service team! From disembarkation to check-in, they greeted us with smiles, were efficient and professional, patiently answering all our questions about the island's routes and cultural experiences. They even offered a thoughtful welcome tea and fruit platter. Whenever we had unexpected needs during the trip, they responded immediately. "The hotel's layout is well-designed, and for an island prone to corrosion, the decor, facilities, and cleanliness are exceptionally well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth; the reservations team, with a patient and professional young man, handled our booking issues efficiently. The front office staff were efficient and hospitable, and the customer service center responded promptly to our needs, truly reflecting Marriott's professional standards. Visiting during the off-season in winter, the hotel was comfortable and relaxing with a moderate occupancy. When not fully booked, we were offered an upgraded room and late check-out. However, the surrounding area is still under development. The beach isn't fully laid out, and the roads aren't completed. Getting around requires using the complimentary shuttle bus, which departs from the hotel's beach pier at scheduled times, with continuous departures during peak hours. I recommend choosing a package that includes dinner, as dining options nearby are limited. Both breakfast and dinner offerings were decent but not exceptional, and some of the F&B staff had a somewhat negative attitude. The swimming pool is at a regular temperature; a heated jacuzzi would be a welcome addition. The map provided is for the entire island and doesn't offer much useful information. A hotel-specific, hand-drawn map detailing walkable areas near the hotel would be more helpful."

Its facilities are top-notch: intelligent temperature-controlled villas, an infinity pool blending seamlessly with the clear ocean, and thoughtful details for families. Our butlers, Conlin and Brian, were subtly efficient, like 'a gentle spring rain moisturizing everything silently.' They seamlessly arranged our late check-out and coordinated the speedboat transfer, responding with a speed comparable to 'sailing a thousand li down the Yangtze River in a single day.' The Cantonese cuisine at Sea Salt restaurant truly embodies 'subtle flavors within simplicity.' The steamed grouper was perfectly cooked, the shrimp dumplings had wrappers as translucent as silk, and the kitchen's specially prepared low-salt children's meals showed extra care. All the staff greeted us with a warmth that felt like 'smiling and asking where guests came from.' Even when the restaurant was quiet, they were attentive with serving and refilling tea. The turndown service included a charming star and moon-themed bed canopy, combining both whimsy and elegance. I highly recommend the hotel's photography service and island tours. This island is truly a 'stolen moment of leisure' for families, a paradise that I wholeheartedly endorse."

"The owner is friendly, the housekeeper is responsible, and provides travel itineraries attentively. The villa is large and comfortable, and the price is reasonable. It is suitable for family and friends to get together for many activities. There are free game consoles, electric mahjong, and karaoke speakers. There are just no restaurants nearby. You have to call a car to go out for 20 minutes. There are many restaurant choices in large malls. Overall, I am very satisfied and will come again next time."
